Paid for an Nvidia Shield TV Android Internet Box on Chicago Craigslist...once he received my payment, he would not send the item...when I called, he said it was in the mail...waited another week, then he said he was refunding money...called back again, but he would not answer phone calls...tried calling him from my friend's phone and he answered...then he said he was blocking every number iI would call from...have not heard from him since.
Complete scam artist...filed a report with my financial institution...also filed a fraud case with the government!
Beware of this guy...he is a seasoned SCAM ARTIST!
