I had the worst experience with this company. My contact info was incorrect. I was unable to go into the site to use the service or change the account. I called a few times finally got thru to an operator, she told me to wait 24-48 hours for correction. I tried again still not able to get in, called again to get corrected. At that time I was notified that I was receiving 12 bottles due to my "not making choices". I was told to refuse the shipment for my refund and cancelled the service I never had access to. Over two weeks later no refund. Had to call again was told by a VERY rude "service" person I was being charged for a restocking fee for an order I never ordered or had the opportunity to change. Don told me "it's a subscription you know what that is?" and "they corrected your account twice" if it was corrected why did it need correcting a second time! SCAM!

They sent me wine I didn't order and refused to stop the shipment wven when it hadn't benn sent. 'Wouldn't be so bad if the wine was any good. It is not

The promotion charges you $7 for small samples of a number of wines. You are supposed to log on and "rate" the wines, at which time they "customize" a selction and ship you a mixed case. I did not rate the wines, as they were not good - but they shipped them anyway. The samples were mediocre - overstock and clearance wines - at inflated prices. They make really good gifts for people that you don't like that much. Also, I understand the shipping company will leave the wine on your porch without a signature - subjected to the weather - a clear violation of sthe law in most states.

I went through Groupon and purchased the wine sample. I redeemed the Groupon voucher and went through the order process for the wines. I received the small sample and then the 6 bottles which was part of the Groupon. I called the Tasting Room to cancel sometime in September. On September 24, I sent an email to them to cancel. In October, they mailed me out the wine. I called them and asked them why they sent it to me. They told me to refuse the shipment with UPS> UPS told me that I could not do that. I called the company back and requested a return label. They never got back to me and did not send a label. I did dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I sent an email to Groupon letting them know of the situation. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau.

I still have the unopened box sitting on my porch.
