I paid for a Nuru Massage with this company, Taste of Passion DC. I arrived at the location and met with the masseuse. He informed me how the massage will be and that he is using coconut oil. I informed him that this is a Nuru Massage and you are suppose to use Nuru gel. He stated this is the only oil in his suitcase that was provided by the company.
He stated I know I am suppose to use Nuru oil but this is all i have and Kendra was suppose to bring the Nuru Oil. I expressed how disappointed I was and he stated I can request for a free massage. Also, he will let them know as well. He stated he will do his best with what he has, coconut oil. We proceeded with the massage. I was so disappointed because I purchased a Nuru Massage which is used with Nuru gel and I did NOT get that Nuru massage experience.
There is a huge difference with Nuru Gel and coconut oil. I basically paid for a very expensive regular massage with coconut oil. I contacted Kendra and informed her of my disappointed experience. I asked is there something that can be done because the masseuse was not prepared and he stated the company didn't provide the right Nuru GEL. SHE STATED SHE WILL GET BACK WITH ME BY THE END OF BUSINESS OR TOMORROW.
I didn't receive anything until I contacted her 2 days later. She apologized for not responding and stated the company can give me 10% off my next massage and they will make sure the Nuru gel is provided. This is so unprofessional and I am full of disappointments. They are falsely advertising massages that are expensive and not providing the correct supply to deliver that service. I want a refund or partial refund.
