Tapjoy also claims gold reward for entering email addresses for help with credit restoration programs and after you fill it out as described no gold as ever rewarded. Tapjoy offers a gold reward for signing up for a new Twitter account for first-time Twitter users. I did everything as required and no gold was ever rewarded. I took all of the offers I have filled out I have only been awarded the gold on either the videos for one gold bar or the ones that require me to pay such as the Gillette razor offer or the chat book photo offer.
I have contacted Tapjoy multiple times over the Twitter offer and sent them every piece of information they requested as far as dates ,times, screenshots and after a month of correspondence they stated they couldn't find the original offer on their end and would not reward the gold even though I had a screenshot of it. This company is not willing to help you out unless you were putting out the money for the big offers. It is a very unfair and misleading company that only cares about the dollar and not helping out the consumers at all.
I am using a Kyocera E6820, and playing killshot virus. Tapjoy had offered compensation upon completing an offer with gold bars. Three offers in the last week I have completed with no payout. I don't even remember the exact amount promised of gold bars for the compensation. But it's the purpose of the matter. Battle camp level 9 completion, final fantasy 15 level 10 completion, and yougov sign up and register an account, are the three offers I speak of... Upon completion of all three taskes there was no compensation at all. I contacted crapjoy and sent a screenshot of battle camp at level 10 and no response. My name is Michael Amy.
I completed an offer from covet fashion app for a 14 day free trial with nowtv and would be rewarded virtual cash for my game but it never happened tapjay are saying i never completed the offer so wont pay me. Contacted nowtv myself and they are saying my account is up and running successfully. Now tapjoy are not even emailing me back they are totally ignoring my emails. Can you please help get this resolved please.

Tapjoy may be a viable solution for advertising, but it is a major source of frustration for consumers. I have found it is very common to not get paid for in-game rewards from Tapjoy even after submitting reports for assistance. They are good about answering support request, but their emails are asking for information that has already been sent or the requirements are changed. I have told them to keep it. Not worth the hassle. Almost none of the download and run apps will payout. Have not had success with any of the insurance quote offers working. The survey offers never pay out after filling out several pages. I have spent much time filling out forms to no avail. I have received many calls from companies for insurance quotes or university information requests completed and no reward was given by Tapjoy. Even though completion of offer exactly as instructed. There are also offers that are not supposed to require any payment, but after inspecting offer it either requires payment or Tapjoy states reward will be revoked if trial membership is canceled. Some of the offers that require payment do reward as advertised. Many do not, then it requires several emails and screen shots to prove you have completed offer.
