Howard tanner esq. Is a scam lawyer who took my money and closed down his law firm. He can not be found and he disconnected his phone. I went to his office located 30 vesey st., manhattan, ny, and the office has been emptied out. I spoke with the building manager who told me that this lawyer owed him 7 months of rent and moved out in the middle of the night. Now, i out $5000.
