On December the 5th 2019, I made a gift purchase online through Tana elegant. When Inquire about tracking number, I received and email stating that my order has been canceled, and they will refund my money within 24 hours. After waiting 24 hour period I went to my bank to see if they refunded my money, bank told me that not a single attempt has been made from them for the refund.
Ive contacted Tana Corp ([email protected]) to find out when are they going to refund my money?

They're refusing to refund my money, and coming up with a bogus explonation what needs to be done to get a refund. Banking system doesnt work this way, I've already conatcted VISA, as well as spoken to my bank about it.

It is an atrocious misrepresentation of product. The purses are vinal not leather. I ordered two purses, only received one. Was charged for two. They will not provide a tracking number for the second purse. These products come from CHINA not from the UK as indicated.

Bag did come within a month, but the quality is poor. I expected for 277.00 USD that this would be of much better quality. i am not sure why this company is hit or miss, though it does sound like mostly a miss. I contacted the company to return the bag and I was told I would have to pay to return it to Vietnam. Very expensive for shipping. I am not sure what I will do next. I did purchase by PayPal.

This is a counterfeit bag, in a shoebox with a LV logo on a sticker. The bag is 100% fake. When you call the phone number for TANA ELEGANT, it goes to voicemail. The Address on their website is also a fake address, as I have an office in London and had someone check it out.
We've notified LVMC and US Customs, as well as contacted VISA and charged this back to her credit card.

I knew the bags were not authentic but I figured they would be of comparable quality to the ones shown on the website. Although it's now clear that those are all fake reviews with fake pictures of fake satisfied customers.
The bag they sent me was SO cheap looking I immediately emailed them to complain. Their customer service is abysmal and I emailed them dozens of time before I got a reply. They wouldn't do anything to reconcile the situation of my fake bag so I returned the bag a month ago and still haven't gotten a refund ( a month later). I have opened a dispute with my bank. Don't waste your time and money. This business is despicable.
