I have now given this dealership ample time to redeem themselves, however apparently this dealership is simply compelled by deceit and fraud. Purchased a vehicle from this location 4/15/2018. Per the dealer provided Buyer's Order agreement, the amount financed = $25,617.29. Dealer provided financing with Capital One Auto Finance. Received Capital One's correspondence whereby the amount financed = $30,333.00 a net difference of $4,715.71. Contacted the dealer spoke to the finance manager, Joseph. Per Joseph, a vehicle warranty, GAP insurance and a 4 year maintenance agreement was included in the sale, not at my authorization, nor is this detailed anywhere in the sales agreement. What was especially troubling is the statement made by Tampa Mitsubishi that they have "Power of Attorney," which, if this to be true, they are adding product without the buyer's consent.
I was ripped off. I went into Mirabella Motors in Tampa. I drove 2.5 hrs to get there. Looked at a 2015 Dodge Charger. The salesman quoted me payments of $470.00 a mth. I told him no way I could do that and the back of the taillights were busted. This would cost over $600.00 to fix. The salesman came back with a price of $352.00 a month for 75 months. I agreed, signed all the paperwork. Turned in my Honda as a trade in and went home happy that I had a new car. I went a showed it off to all my friends and family. Four days later I got a call from the dealership that I needed to come back. Again I live 2.5 hours away. I returned to be told no bank will finance me even with good credit and that the only way I can keep the car is to pay the originally stated price of $470.00 a mth, This is a scam!! I have already told them I couldn't pay that and now I am being forced to do it again. Well, I had to give up the car. What an embarrassment! This is SO WRONG!!! It was there mess up and something should have been done on their end PERIOD!
