I noticed this about 2 weeks ago. I brought my concern to their customer service department. I informed the young woman. I noticed their system wasn't figuring my pay right. I start tracking down my own record from the start to finish of each message and call.
Why would i have to fear threaten, alarmed of any form of retailation from a legal legitimate established business regarding a consumer like myself using & paying around 60% percentage of my earnings for their phone platform.
For instance: if you keep a caller on the phone hold time for 20 minutes. You earn 35.00 you as a talker whose actually doing the work get a earning of 8-9 dollars showing up on your account the rest goes to the company.
I brought my concern to customer service attention. She informed me that we would go over my numbers. I never heard back from them. She told me. Their system update every 24 hours and my correct earnings will appear. What i figured. Was different from their system. I don't like a complaint.
I attempt to give everyone a fair amount of time to do right by me and my family. To respect me as a human being. I as a paralegal as well. Don't deserve to be scam, nickle and dime by any company operating in the u.S. Territories. They must respect, yield to federal rules and regulations.
It's bad enough 60% of my earnings, goes to pay for their platform. I want a refund of every penny, dime and nickle misfigure by their quote system. I want my money. If your system is ridge, like a casino slot machine. Maybe you don't need to be in business with people working for you.
Company has transitioned from phone only to online platform and service has declined. Without getting into specifics given adult nature of the business, options are fewer. Most importantly, accounts of good long-term customers (like myself) have been blocked. Emails to attempt to get an answer never went anywhere; the most I was told was to "call the billing department." Completely BS excuse. They don't "bill" you directly - you charge to your cc when calling. And even if they claimed I did owe them, it's been about a year since I first learned I was blocked and they've never sent me an invoice (and they at the very least HAVE my email address!) So they are essentially asking repeat customers to call and ask them to make up a phony amount they should have to pay (which they can't sustain by sending out a normal invoice) in order to keep their business? There are a lot of people who disapprove of their business on moral grounds. There are married people who use this service and get into a lot of trouble. As it is, no one who uses this service talks about it publicly. They ought to be grateful for the customer base they have. And yet they're shutting them out essentially by ransoming them? No way.
Im a talker on the site i love this job customer ser ice responds quite efficiently and are more than helpful. Making a grand or more a week not going to comlain. Glad i foind this site.
I was a Talk to Me dot com customer. They require a credit card to be recorded online. What I discovered was hundreds of dollars was being charged to my card by one of their unscrupulous employees or maybe the owner. When I challenged the charges they denied it, so I had the erroneous charges erased. TTM got upset about it. Too bad the charges came from them and I was not going to give them my money. Don't Trust this company, they will Rip You Off!
If I could give zero Stars I would. Their customer service is elementary. First of all that pay outs are third world country wages. To even start on the site you have to talk 300 minutes at $0.20 per minute. That is practically raping your time. The customer service is horrible they will deactivate your account without notice. If you respond to the deactivation it becomes a very Petty situation. I would not recommend this site as a talker.
