I decided to replace a Alpha S3 handkey that I lost, but the place I bought my last one no longer sells them. So I looked around online, and found www.tagdetacher.com. The website and pretty legitimate, and the had a pretty big selection of tag detachers. I ordered the S3 handkey, and my account was charged $17.49. That was on 09/02/2017. The website clearly states that you will receive a tracking number within 3 days of your purchase. Well, today is 09/13/2017, and I have yet to receive any sort of tracking number. All attempts to contact the seller have sent unanswered. I have written [email protected] as well as filled out the online inquiry form. I have for each about 5 times. So a total of 10 unanswered emails were sent and not answered. This company is fake, and they don't even have a phone number on their website. They do not answer emails, and they will not send you a tracking number like promised. Don't waste your hard earned money on this fake company. There is another negative review about this scam company in here as well. Please read them before doing business with them, you will get ripped off. They claim that the other reviews on here are from Chinese competitors, because of their spelling errors. Well, what do you have to say about this report? Obviously I can spell, and obviously your company is fake!
Made an order and payment on april 5th 2020.. There is multiple points of reassurance through out the process of browsing their wares. All the way out through checkout. I've recieved no emails until I made it a point to send them one. Then here yesterday which happened to be 420. Was told my product was being shipped. They even gave me a usps tracking number. I noted that there wasnt any gooey link interface or reference link at the bottom of email to direct you too usps tracking page. Kinda wierd. But regardless I've tried for nearly 2 days to track it. And the numbers not registered. So I'm guessing my money went to some Alabama meth ring or to paying their college football players to commit to Alabama crimson tide.. watch yourself when you try a vendor for first time
I purchase depatcher hook from tagdetacher.com, hook came from China 14 days later, later that week I was contacted by Chase bank fraud prevention team who informed me that my card information was used in China to purchase almost $2000 in furniture, I was told to file complaint with the Federal Bureau of Investigation – Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) ic3.gov in order to get my funds back….
This company should be banned from internet, I have submitted complaint to Google search engine to be removed and blacklisted….
