I have reported this back to Treeco and they promised to refund my money based upon providing photo's of the wrong product, which I did. Since then they have kept making excuses to not refund my money. See email trail below. Clearly I am not going to send the evidence back to them prior to receiving a refund, even though they originally offered to refund my money given I simply sent photos of the "Fake" product, which I did. Clearly I am far from satisfied!
Their own website states "If that wasn’t good enough: you’re also backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! We care about our quality which means if you’re not fully satisfied – just contact our returns department and we will process your full refund!"
I have since found the same SMART watch that I ordered available for Aus$33.00

As stated below, I advised that unless they refunded my money by yesterday, 30-10-2018, that I would report their scam/fraudulent actions to the authorities, which I have done, to both the Singapore Police and also the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore.
It is one thing to be duped into paying a premium for a cheap product, but to then be delivered a different, even cheaper product of a totally different brand, this is both a Scam and Fraud!
May I request that you post this scam, so that other innocent people are not ripped off?
The exact same thing has happened to me. Same person "Yannie" and same watch received. I have not been able to get any responses from Yannie or anyone at Treeco. Any advise on how to contact these scammers and get your money back?
I also purchased a "Tac25", but received a "Spovan PR1". I should have thought a bit harder when it was taking forever to arrive, and i queried my order number, and they said "what did you order?".
I fell for this scan too, and am trying to organise a return and refund at the moment. However,bi haven't been able to get in touch with them (obviously), through their email address. Have you got a different contact than the email displayed on their website?

Yep me too.
Luckily I paid via Paypal and got a refund via their disputes process.
There are a number of web sites and on ebay selling this(TAC25) and making outrageous claims about the performance.
At best you getting a product that sells on ebay (under different names) for less than US$30.
The one (TAC25) I received had a dead battery within 2 months.
Be warned this is a total scam.

I fell for the exact same scam, battery life was supposedly 3 years had it for 13 month's and the battery is dead.
Also have never been able to connect it to my phone.
