Thomas Kim of Tabular is a fraud. He claimed he's an expert in accounting and an expert of QuickBooks Online, only to show up knowing nothing. We signed a contract with him citing clear deliverables and time frame to complete and a required full payment before he began the work. This was already a red flag and a big mistake on our part.
After he received the check, Thomas did not start work several days later. There were many questions being asked but were bluntly ignored. He returned emails with very long delays, almost 2 weeks, citing "personal issues." While we were patient and gave him understanding, we learned that he was just away on vacation. Being trufhful about that woudl've been much more palatable. He did not complete the Chart of Accounts as first steps of scope and he disrespectfully shut off our bookkeeper's questions.
We lost 3 months of our time and money. Everything needed to be worked from the very beginning. Coming from a legitimate establishment with positive network of people we work with, we recommend not to work with Thomas Kim. He is a rip off.
