They deserve no stars. I received a letter from this company saying I hit a car a year ago and need to pay for damages to the tune of 1,087. I did not hit a car?! They knew what kind of car I drive and said I hit someone in the city I live in and that they had a white Toyota Corolla that they say was parked. My insurance knows nothing about this. I called to gather more information and the man was rude and yelling at me. I told him he wasn't helpful and that he was rude and that i would be getting help elsewhere and I hung up. I don't know what to make of this? It's complete bs but I'm afraid of getting in any kind of legal trouble. I was insured at the time and would have stopped and exchanged information if this were true. This company is scary! Don't give them any information. I'm waiting to see if I get a court summons and if I do I will take it from there.
if i could give then a negative star i would. he found out in December that his drivers licenses is going to get suspended the day after Christmas from a police officer. after that he was trying to find out why and it said he owes $2,000 plus on an accident 3 years ago and he didn't know until December of 2015. so he called these people and see if he could make a payment plan and they started screaming saying he has to pay $500 a month (we don't make that much, after rent) so he asked if i could pay less each much and they would not even try to help they would not listen to him at all every time he was trying to explain something to them they kept interrupting him and was making fun of him screaming at him, not trying to come to a resolution. after she was screaming and not helping him we wanted to talk to the manager and he was no better. right when the manager started talking he was screaming at him right off the bat. they need to have some kind of respect that is not right to people to have to deal with this abuse from them for trying to make payments.

I told the person to contact me with a quote and she never did. About 3 months later T.L Thompson calls me and threatens me telling me I MUST pay up or I would getsuspended. Of course me being a single mom I freaked out and did what I had had to do in order to not get suspended. I asked the main guy if he could send me the paperwork showing me the damages and he was literally yelling at me over the phone telling me I was not going to get it. I was in tears!
I could not believe how much of an a**hole he was to me! To this day I am still paying 200$ a month , no paperwork because they won't send it to me and in total I had to pay 4500$. Definitely a rip off and my stupidity let me to it for not contacting a lawyer. Its horrible and I hate them so much. Not fair to me or my child , that I have this extra expense that was unfairly tripled. I was going to pay the person I hit because I would of not done that to her knowing I did rear end her. Horrible horrible people!! And very rude. I even wonder if I should stop paying at times because the total in damages that t.l Thompson saids I did is completely wack!! Funny they sent suspension request; however, it was reinstated by the state. They are still attempting to collect with no proof! Let them take you to court! Keep all proof of payments to them. IF they are not providing anything in writing this can come hunt you again.

But the damage was a small dent in the rear bumper no injuries what's so ever. I wasn't insured but my brother car was and I was an reclusion but my father and brother contacted State Farm to exchange information. And the plan was that I would pay State Farm for the damage but they never got back to my father and with that said TL Thompson sent me a letter charging me $2,868 for a minor damage as stated by the police repor. Okay I made all the payments without ever receiving proofs of repair cost nor did State Farm bother sending me some type of notice! But this past November I paid the last of it. An so the lady from TL tells me $27,00 were added into the account back in July/2016 never did the ever bother sending me some type of notice or paper work to why they added that to the account! She said it was due to the bodily injury that State Farm laid out to the people injure which was $20,000 this is so stupid an I'm furrious!! Please tell me how can I take this to court any solutions?

The total amount is an outstanding 12000 dollars and when asked if they can explain the problem or even why this is so high, they just hang up the phone. When asked if we can receive comfirmation of payments, they told us no. My wife and I were both threatened with possible license suspension and also possible repossession of our things..... And I was never even apart of this issue! Definitely has to be fake.

I have requested to work with a different company as they are not trustworthy and simply pathetic in the way they conduct their so called business. Avoid them at all costs and do not trust them. All the reports online about them and also hearing about them from the State of Illinois should tell you something!!!

If you take it to court you have to pay court costs. Let them take you to court. This company is a scam and won't provide validation. Do not let them bully you. I believe Anna is the daughter of Thompson (hence company name), but married a Pearson guy. I think this might be a reason for the unecessary rudeness and entitlement.
