These guys have more equipment than Radio Shack and they know how to use it. After dealing with another private investigation company and getting nowhere and spending a tom in surveillance fees and even a fee to talk to the on the phone, my attorney recommended these guys to me. They are not the cheapest, but they are not what I would call extremely expensive either.My matter centered around trying to catch my wife doing what so she should not be doing with another co-worker from where she is employed.The investigators from TJ Conner and Associates listened to what my concerns were and discussed a investigation plan with me that helped to keep my cost under control while providing surveillance only during the times that would prove fruitful.About 2 days into the surveillance I received a call from them with a update and a request to meet with them to review some video footage. Upon looking a the beginning footage it became clear that my wife of 5 years was seeing another co-worker and that this was more than just friends out during lunch.They cautioned me not to say anything at this time until they had collected all of the various parts { legal stuff I still don't understand }. They had me schedule a work related trip out of the area. I met with them again on the day following my return home. At this point they had video footage of the male co-worker entering my residence at 9 pm and not leaving again till 6 the next morning.They provided me with 2 copies of a written report and 2 copies of a DVD with the video footage.My attorney just smiled when I gave everything to him and when court came my wife decided to settle with me on my terms which were very reasonable according to my attorney who said that I could have gotten a lot more than I asked for.You cant go wrong with this private investigation firm. If it is there and happening they will document it.
I have worked with Greg Hatten on and off for the past 8 years. At which time, he has been nothing but professional. I have personally been to his office, so I know he does not work out of his home. I have met with him and his team regarding cases at his office, which makes the comment about him being a one man operation ludacris. Greg Hatten has been a pillar of this professional for over 20 years. During this time he has always been willing to help other investigators and/or go out of his way to help his clients. An Investigator who does things such as what he is being accused of, doesn't last long in this profession. Also, in the time that I have known Greg, he has NEVER owned a white SUV, nor has any of his staff. There are too many inconsistencies of the "facts" for someone who refers themself's as a client.
Not sure who filed this false review as we do have a office, but the address they give has the wrong street number and city. A road name that has only been in existence for just over a year due to Buncombe county 911 system renaming various roads. Since the renaming of the road we are located on to what it is now we have had no female clients that are involved in a domestic matter with their husband. Our work has mainly been worker comp surveillance's and what few domestics we have had have all been men as clients.
Secondly we do use GPS but have not had any of our units out installed on vehicles since the beginning of 2015 while investigators were waiting on the NC legislature to decide if GPS were going to be legal to use with SB-238 { GPS tracking bill } sitting on the floor waiting to be voted on with and without a private investigator exemption for use. So it would be quite impossible to have one of my trackers found with them all sitting in the office.
Third I do not own, nor have I ever owned a white SUV of any type nor does my employee { Yes I do have another employed fully licensed investigator who has been with my firm for almost 5 years }.
Myself , nor my employee have been conforted by any of the persons that have been the subject of our domestic investigations or surveillance nor have we ever disclosed that we are conducting a surveillance or investigation to any 3rd party. Nor have we ever received or taken money from anyone that we have conducted a investigation on as to do so would be a criminal act.
I would also point out that besides the wrong address whoever filed this false reported used, they also have misspelled the company name, both which would have been on top of the investigative contract along with the correct address that any client would have signed and received a copy of. Also any client that I have or have had in the past would know exactly what color and type of vehicle I drive either from meeting me at my office or at a location close to where they are located if they have limited time to meet with a investigator concerning their case or need for investigative services which is quite common.
It makes a person wonder about a review when a supposed client of our firm gives so much incorrect information out that they would know from their copies of the required paperwork for a investigation to be conducted on their behalf and from meeting with the firms investigators. My best bet for such a false review would be a subject of our investigation that is not happy with being caught at their activities by their husband or wife or a competitor that thinks filing false reviews will somehow help them get the next customer in need of investigatiive services in North Carolina.
A false review like this does not bother a company that has been in business for 21 plus years. There is a reason we been in business this long and it is not by doing the thing stated in this false review, it is because we are professionals in the field of private investigation and surveillance.
I hired Greg Hatten because his website is all over North Carolina in google. He gave the impression that he had multiple investigators in his company, both guy and girl detectives. Later found out that he is the only employee and works out of his house. I hired him to catch my husband in an affair. I was never allowed to come to his office. I always had to meet him somewhere in public. He was more intrested in getting in my pants than working my case,
later learned this guy completely betrayed me. My husband found the GPS tracker that Greg Hatten put on husbands car. My husband out smarted Greg Hatten and waited for him at a conveience store. After being confronted by my husband, this idiot freaks out and tells my husband your wife hired me. My huband even later tells me what Greg was driving( White SUV with several antennas on the roof, like a police car.... really???) A PI is supposed to be discreet. You can only imagine the position this put me in at home.
My husband later tells me that Greg took money from my husband to stop following until after the divorce....
I am sure Greg would never do this a guy client. Girls Beware of this guy, total betrayal and total rip off. I should have reported him to whoever gives out these PI licenses, but my star witness would be my ex husband! Please save your money, welfare and dignity, stay away from this guy. Street address on google for this guy doesnt even exist.
