Also rear end had no oil in there because of bad seals and barings. He will not even respond dont walk run from him he makes you meet him some where but not his shop.
I recently purchased a 2003 E350 Diesel van from T Car Care Inc. in July 2016 It was advertised on EBAY as " The van drives excellent, without any issues" The van does drive very good however the day of purchase July 7th 2016 after driving the van back to the Lehigh Valley I noticed when I parked the van, fluid identified as diesel fuel was draining out of the coolant reservoir. I took the van the following day to my mechanic who specializes in diesel repair who told me that there is a very serious problem in one or both of the engine heads and in his professional opinion the dealer was aware of this major issue at time of sale. I immediately contacted the dealer who denied any knowledge of this mechanical issue. He even went so far to tell me the van came from Maryland and he would have noticed that diesel fuel would have been draining out of the van upon return to T Car Care, Phila, Pa. The dealer who told me his name was George, asked me to get a 2nd opinion since he did not have experience with diesels when I offered to return the van to his facility to confirm the issue.
After a number of phone calls to George unreturned, finally he told me after discussing the problem with his partner and indicating they lost money on the sale of this van to me, he offered to send me a check in the amount of $300.00 after I requested he share 50% of the expense to repair the engine which was estimated at $4000.00. The van cost me on EBAY $8000.00, I am sure T Car Care made a very respectable profit on this sale to me. I feel this company, T Car Care Inc ., Phila , Pa. employ's deceptive sales tactics and quite possibly hid the issue with their knowledge of the problem not disclosing the issue to me or on the EBAY site and possibly draining the coolant reservoir of mixed diesel fuel/coolant at time of sale and test drive. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau recently. Additionally the van was inspected the day of the sale, the van was never titled in Pennsylvania, nor inspected prior to July 7th 2016 in Pa.. I mentioned to the seller that the van will need to be inspected prior to transferring the title. The seller indicated "No Problem" he will have the van inspected by the time I arrive to transfer the title and take possession of this vehicle.... I was arriving is approx. one hour from the time I mentioned that the van needed to be inspected. Once I returned to my home I noticed one of the headlights was not working.
To date I have not driven the van nor had the van's engine repaired. The van has only been driven approx. 75 miles. Once I get the van's motor repaired I will have my repair facility re-inspect the vehicle and if there are any significant safety violations identified, I will be contacting the proper authorities and report T Car Care Inc. for failing to conduct a legitimate State Vehicle Inspection. I would most strongly recommend not doing business with this dishonest business , T Car Care Inc. 9240 James St Phila, Pa. 19114
BUYER BEWARE of a con man selling cars on craigslist this man sold me a car that is leaking antifreeze,bad brakes and rotos,bad visor and he even took the bad visor promise to send me a good one and he never did. This man is a mechanic that know how to hide all the things that are going wrong with the car,he promise to fix anything wrong with the car that he's not out to get me but this man never return calls and never send me my visor after many texts and calls that result in nothing i have to let people knows about him. This man use wawa parking lot to do business because he did not want you to know where he live so you won't go after him,but i have his company name and address because i insist that he give me a receipt before paying him all his money and he have no choice at that time but to give me that receipt and if this man want to make his wrong right he can do so then i let everybody knows he has done right by me. I am driving a car withought a visor and that can cause an accident for me and my children and this good for nothing man did not care about my safety and others just how much he sell his junk cars for
