We bought a cat 6/24 at this place and it looked clean and drove fine so we bought it. We put a thousand down and on the contract they put we put 2 thousand down and that my wife makes $18.50 an hour when they had her pay stubs in front of them which she don't make that much. They told us they would warranty the car for 30 days and we could get an extended warranty put on and that we had time to think about which one we wanted so we waited. He told me the radiator had a Crack and said it would be a few days for his mechanic to do it so I said I would do it. I have always done my own work, No big deal. He gave me the wrong one so we had to get the cat towed to his mechanics which he had for about a week plus they had to take it to put a system in so if we didn't make the payments we couldn't get in the car. We got the car back on a Friday but didn't drive it much. Monday my wife was driving home from work and it started over heating again. Called Aron,he came out to help my wife but couldn't get it far so they left it there and got towed again to his mechanics. It was the water pump which he told us before that he had one put in already but that must have been a lie. 2 weeks without the car. Get it back and my wife was making a left on a major highway and almost got hit because the car lost acceleration. It turned out to be the eccentric valve control motor.

I called him on the 28th day from buying the car and told him about it and I just wanted my money back. He said they were at a car auction and he would call me back. So when he called me back he told me to fix it and he would take it out of some money I still owed him which was only 2 hundred and this would have cost a lot more and it still fell under his 30 day warranty and has to do with the motor. Saturday he is avoiding my calls so I text him saying I spoke to an attorney and that I would just like my money back so he text back out with the family and he feels some type of way about my text and to come up Monday and we will call the bank and try to get our money back. Monday we take off work and go up there and he don't want us to call the bank. He said he will fix it and told us to put the extended warranty on it so we did but still would take 30 days to take affect.

So his mechanic had had our car for 3 weeks now and just found out that since we didn't put the warranty on the car when we bought it is void and his mechanic can't fix the car and it needs to go to the dealership to be fixed. I did call the bank anyways plus consumer affairs and found out we could get our money back but it was up to the bank and them. So that's why he didn't want to call the bank because he got paid good 6 thousand already and didn't want to pay it back to them and give us our money back. I understand everybody needs to make there money but please be honest. And this guy as not been honest from the start. Lie to us, the bank, and whoever else for his own gain. We are in the process of taken them to small claims court and I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy a car from this company. They lie and cheat and start getting ignorent when things aren't going his way.
