The weird e-mail address already called my attention. Than me and my husband looked for latoya kelley over linkedin and the profiles we found looked suspicious. So i answered the email asking how did she got my email and never got an answer back. Than on april 20th i received this email:

I ask for more information about the position and one more time asked how they got to me, and one more time they answered me and ignore that question.

Than they called me again yesterday and could not reach me, i call back and they pick the call. The phone number was 323 540 5918. The guy make normal questions that are made on phone interviews and said he would send his notes to blanch and they would contact me within 2 business days. At the end of the day blanch send me a voice message saying i was approved and she send me some documents to keep the process. I did not received this email so i sent her na email to let her know.
And she sent this last email:

Today me and my husband did a little more research to try to figure it out and we found out discrepancies on their website and we sent a message over the linkedin of 2 people they have on their website as costumers, they bough answered saying they never heard anything about this company.
I was offered a job by Syxen. I checked reviews online and they were good. I was hired on May 11, 2020 and started on May 17, 2020. I worked very hard to comply and process all orders as soon as possible within their guidelines. I made a couple of mistakes but, worked very hard to correct them and always informed my supervisor. My supervisor always got back with me within a few hours.
I finished my 30 day probation period on June 17, 2020. I received an email from the Payroll Department that my probation period had been met and that they mailed my paycheck on June 17, 2020 at 3:00 pm; there was a note that it typically averages ten business days to receive my check. I proceeded to check their work website I had been using; native-crm.net; which worked up until today. It has now been thirteen business days with three weekends in between, for a total of sixteen days. I still have not received my paycheck.
This is a scam. I am reporting them to Labor & Industries and the FBI.
