We started working for this company in May 2013, not knowing their reputation. We found out quickly that payments were behind. We did receive a payment, but had the same issue the following month again. I spoke with Brian, and he stated they were behind on payments from their clients and assured me they were to be caught up by October. We gave them the benefit, and stuck it out through mid October. At this point, we had another conversation with Syntechs and they admitted they would not be caught up by the end of October. To follow their contract terms and ensure we would not lose any more money than we already are, we provided a 30 day written notice on October 16 with 30 days ending on Nov 15. On Nov 16, they tried to route an order to us and we refused. They threatened to charge us for reassignment. We followed through on the 30 days as expected by them, and now we are almost to the end of the year with no payments being received. We have payments due in excess of $7500 for orders completed as far back as July. Of course, they are always unresponsive and can never tell you if a check is out. Several times we were told for several weeks a check had been mailed out. This company is very good at trying to string you along, as if each dept doesn't know what the others are doing. They all know exactly what they are doing. I don't understnad how someone can operate or even work for a business knowing they are only taking advantage of people trying to make a living and support their families. Fortunately, we are a well established business that was just looking for some additional work, and have been able to sustain non payment to an extent. I can only think of someone that is trying to make a living off of their work, and not being paid. This would cause someone to lose everything, and Syntechs wouldnt care because they are still getting paid every week. This company has no regards for anyone but theirselves, and should not be in business.

Beware of this company! Do yourself a favor and sit at home doing nothing before you work for this company and lose money!

We have sent them a couple emails regarding the release of remaining payments due with no response. We have already spoken with our attorney and plan to take legal action next week.

Louis Weltman, Clarissa Roxberry, Robert Roxberry, Syntechs and HD Repair are being sued by Vizio for fraud, embezzlement, etc for pocketing approximately $1.4 Million dollars from Vizio that was meant for the technicians that did the work. Louis Welman is an a****** who refuses to pay the technicians. You can read the copy of the lawsuit here: dockets.justia.com/docket/california/cacdce/8:2015cv01894/632945. He has bankrupted companies before for his own benefit.

I have had a contract with Synergy Technical Solutions since 2009. At first they paid within a relatively reasonable amount of time but then after a couple of years one month of backlog getting paid became five months of backlog, and five months turned into eight or nine.

I am now owed over $1,000 just in invoices that have not been paid out yet, there is also about a $1000 worth of more recent closed out service calls that have not been even been invoiced at all yet. I am not sure of exact specifics off hand because the Syntechs secure login page appears to be down at the moment, I have not been able to login to check my information for about two or three days. So something weird seems to be going on.

The last check I actually recieved was for calls that were closed out in January, that were not invoiced until May, and then not paid out until September.

Sadly I do not have a lot of other experience in the field, the Syntechs contract was basically the first job I got after becoming A+ Certified, there are really not that many entry level positions in this area, all the work is further up north. I do have a second job to make ends meet, it represents most of my income now. It is in an unrelated field though. I am an inventory counter with RGIS.

We are sure that over these past few weeks you have been wondering what is going on at Syntechs.

We tried very hard to manage our increasingly difficult situation, of increased costs and decreasing margins, but were not successful.

As a result of all these challenges we have decided for the time being to cease our operations. We have begun to work with a restructuring firm to examine our operations and determine if and how we can move forward.

We anticipate a more detailed announcement on our restructuring efforts early next week.

We know that you have a lot of questions, and wish we could give you all the answers now, however, until we can begin our restructuring process, we will not have any further information

Don't ever sign a contract with these people because they will never pay you for your work. Syntechs/HDRepair will send you on service calls and deduct your pay if you only have one tech onsite that requires you to have 2. They don't pay for travel time. Customer services and tech support are very unprofessional over the phone. They are rude to the techs. Also, accounts payable will never return your calls or emails unless you threaten to take legal action. This will lead to rude vendors relations name: Brian S Lipiro who will talk to you any kind of way. This company is very terriable business to work for and I recommend anybody that apply for work here will never see the light of their money.
