I hired this company to repair my bathroom which had a leak. They initially lied to us about how quickly they needed to get the work done due to mold/mildew that could be harmful to our health. They began tearing out walls/bathroom vanity/shower before the insurance company could assess the damage. Of course, because of that, the insurance company denied the claim. Then Synergy says we can still go ahead and complete the work but you would have to pay up front and you'll get your money back when we win vs. the insurance company. I give them a good amount of money ($30,000.00) to be exact which they said would be sufficient. Then they come back and say that would only be 1/2 of what it would cost. We simply said no way, and please return our money. This was almost a year ago and I have yet to get a single penny back. We have since taken further action and are awaiting a resolution.
