I took out a loan with On Deck and Kabbage a couple of years ago. I guess part of being with these guys was them giving my information out to every lender in America, now I am being overwhelmed with phone calls from companies trying to get me to borrow money.
Synergy Capital in particular has been after me for over a year. They wanted me to refiance my existing loans with them and might have done it too, but after sending them info they never got back to me.
Now that all my loans are paid off these companies are coming at me even harder to get me to borrow money. The people at Synergy calling me 4 times a day. I repeatedly have instructed them to take me off their list. This only makes them call you more, just to annoy you. You can hear them laughing in the background.
They've called me twice today (646) 513-2382. Both times I answer with no response other than them saying they are from Synergy, laughing then hanging up. 4 times yesterday, 3 times the day before.
They are some sort of boiler room hacks that didn't like me blowing them off so now they are harrassing me. Hope this ends soon as each time they call I have to stop what I am doing to answer the phone. Very unprofessional outfit, I can only imagine the harrassment and service if I had borrowed money from these hacks. Thank God that did not happen.
After many phone calls and emails from this company and each time telling them to take me off there list i am finally pissed with them. i have let them know i am on the do not call list, each time they send me a email i unsubscribe, the last time they called they hung up on my secretary, i called back asked to speak with a supervisor who i was told choose not to come to the phone saying i was a fraud, i called back from a different number and got in touch with a person who said they were a supervisor and would take me off there list of people to email and call. i doubt it will happen from past experience, so far from the last time 2 weeks ago that they took me off there list i am still getting harrassing phone calls from them , and that is what i must term them as i did not ask for them to call, i ask for them not to call me, yet they still do
