Have a background in the life insurance industry and made money in it before, there is money in it but this was just a down right scam. Met through a mutual friend a guy ata Syncis office (should have seen that ol Multi Level Marketing scheme trick coming a mile away). There was music playing in the office, it's all big smiles and maybe even donuts. They then have a big group in there all dressed up introducing a bunch of people to eachother and then people brag about how they're the "director" and a bunch of other random titles (it's the people who have a bunch of people working under them aka the pyramid ). They then invite you into the other room and have everyone sitting down in front of a speaker. The speaker with a loud voice says "Good morning Syncis! !" And of course like 5 people say good morning and then he says "Come on everyone let's get excited!!" It's kind of like Richard Simmons work out video. So they first talk about how awful life is with a regular job and how local business owners make next to nothing and how even if you got a regular job life is going to suck (Mind you, these are all people who are broke themselves trying to make this pyramid scheme work, they're just repeating the pipe dream they're higher up told them to repeat). So thinking this was good useful information (before I knew otherwise) I told them I would like to sign up with their company and learn about the products because it seemed to good to be true. After telling me how they are worth so much money, they told me it was $100 to sign up. I know I was stupid. I had a lesson with an instructor who told me the basics of what they do and how their contract with the life insurance company works and how they are exclusive (huge lie). I also learned about the history of the main people in the office and their previous jobs, they all worked for multilevel marketing scams before and all said, "but now we finally found a company we can trust". So after a few weeks of going to training sessions I kept trying to convince myself that this was true and I kept asking myself "how is this not a pyramid". The worst thing was seeing all the same people in there day after day, in a suit, and still bragging about how they have a lead and yet it still wouldn't work out, and then they would complain about their money problems right after. Total crap shoot. Well, I then was supposed to create a list of people who I thought needed what they were offering and I felt like crap doing it. Knowing I was probably going to loose friends in the process. It's not the product, it's the people who sell it are crap and the way they do it is shady. So I brought my mom in, a few friends and they submitted applications to the Life insurance companies. I was excited because I knew I was helping them and that everything my trainer was finally working out. Hell even one of my friends I invited came and he's in the real estate industry, I wanted to bring him in because he wanted t make contacts for real estate and we made that clear before he walked in the door. So 5 minutes in my trainer was already recruiting him almost word for word of what he said to me the first time I met him and bam my friend signed up with the company and my trainer pat me on the back and said "aren't you happy you have your first teamate??" I just felt like crap and knew something was off and I knew something was wrong. I then had my higher up clawing at me for the bank information from the people who I had submitted their applications. I wanted to find out how much I was going to make off of these submitted applications and then they asked me if I was confused. I said "how so?" They then "REMINDED" me about the "Principal Exchange". The principal exchange is the first $10,000s of commission that you make will go to the person who brought you in and the person that trained you, who are both also making a percentage off you for the duration of your employment anyways. So after that you receive a little pin for your suit jacket signifying that you have reached the $10,000 mark. So you have made $10,000 dollars and will not be receiving a dime of it. You have worked your butt off and they don't care if you have bills because "if you can do 10, you can do 20". I immediately cancelled all the applications and told them . Please please please do not waste your time on these people, these people will want you at their office all day until late at night trying to get themselves paid because odds are you are going to realize what they're doing and quit so they have to use their time wisely and scam you for as much as they can. Also, they are people who have no financial background and have just barley passed a state exam which is a joke to begin with anyways. I talked with a someone who has been in the legitimate financial field and they told me to stay far far away from Syncis. I hope this helps in your job search, good luck finding what you love! P.S. The scammers come with smiles

What the reviews said is right

What all the reviews said on Syncis is right. Please be aware that they will use "Synergy" when they call you through phone because there are other "Synergy" companies and it's harder to find negative reviews while it's very easy to find negative reviews for "Syncis".

Other companies that run very similar to Syncis are People Helping People (PHP) and Primerica. Please do a thorough review research on Google search engine before signing up with the company.
