I brought in my brand new Model 3 to have the chrome deleted (paint), wheels powdercoated, interior vinyled, and windows tinted. They had the vehicle for 4 full days and barely finished on the 4th night. They didn't even bother to shine the tires or clean the exterior of the car, despite the fact that they advertise said service when a powdercoat service is done.
I had to return the car because they did a half-a*sed job on the chrome delete. There was a scratch on the rear window trim that they painted. The painted door handles were unfinished and looked terrible. The dash piece they covered in vinyl was removed and reinstalled, but it was rubbing into the passenger door causing indentations in the door trim. There was also a scratch in the dash wrap.
I immediately returned and left the car for 6 more days for them to correct the issues.
When I picked up the car, it was completely covered in dirt and bird droppings (Chris lied and stated that the car had been cleaned earlier in the week when it hadn't). While they finished the rest of the door handles, they still look bad (looks like a bad touch-up). They were satin, but now have a bit of gloss to them.
They simply touched up the scratch on the rear window, which is still noticeable. It, too, looks awful. There is also an odd bend to the trim on the driver door.
I also have a new scratch on the the rear wheel well that wasn't there prior to service at Sync Wraps.
I also have scratches on the inside of the front passenger door that also weren't there when I bought the car. No wonder they didnt clean or wipe down the car either time it was in their shop.
This is the area which was causing the dash to pinch the interior of the door. I am sure they will try to blame Tesla. And lastly, I found a tint spot on the rear driver side window that has a crease.
Needless to say, the quality here is NOT GOOD.
I gave these guys a 2nd chance to fix the issues and they punked me.
Needless to say, I wouldnot recommend Sync Wraps to my worst enemy.
