I bought a "new" rolex from Swiss Wrist.com, well it was anything but NEW, i got the watch but never got the guarantee card from them, after asking a couple times and nothing i gave up on the card... that was until i had a problem with the watch 2 months after getting it, i run it by the authorized dealer here in town and low and behold he tells me the watch is not 2 months old, he shows me that the watch has been opened before and there are NON ROLEX parts inside and he goes on to show me on the outside of the watch in places i never looked showing me how he could tell the steel was brushed to look new but is far from new.
I have since given up the idea of buying such luxury items as a rolex watch from online rolex scammers swisswrist...... buyers BEWARE!!!!!!

One watch was supposed to be an authentic Rolex Submariner, which turned out to be a well made FAKE!! The Rolex jeweler I took it to showed me that all - not some - but ALL of the parts of the watch were made in some Japanese factory and the farthest thing from a real Rolex!!!!! This made me furious and I raced with my wifes watch to a CHanel watch dealer who told me and showed me - guess what - another good fake!!!! So I paid in excess of $12,000 for two watches that have a street value of $200 total!!!!
The company will not address my concerns and has yelled at me and my wife and been incredibly rude. They talked us into sending them the money and they won't send it back!! Whatever you do, do not buy a watch from Swiss-wrist aka http://www.swiss-wrist.com. I was told Swiss Wrist had been in business for many many years (which turns out to be UNTRUE - They are a brand new fly by night website with a bunch of stolen photos! check with the BBB or any other source) I can't believe they have ripped me off like this so I hope no one else becomes a victim of this company! Stay away at all costs, there are plenty of other companies online that are reputable and you can find them, there is absolutely no need to do business with these scam artists. We purchased 2 "Rolex" watches, and spent well over $20,000 from www.swiss-wrist.com that claim to be BBB accredited and guarantee authenticity. I purchased one watch for my daughter who was getting married and gave the other watch to her new husband.
My daughter's husband then brought the Rolex in to a Rolex jeweler to take a link out. After inspection they determined the watch was fake. The certified Rolex lady who said it was a fake then gave me her card to keep in case anyone has more questions or tries to argue and say it is authentic.
We then decided to get a second opinion and took BOTH watches, this time, to another certified Rolex store. This time they, once again upon inspection, determined BOTH were counterfit. We then went again and got ONE more opinion and came out with the same conclusion. Only this time they also informed us that the diamonds and gems on the actual bezel are not Rolex quality, because they use the finest rubies, saphires, and diamonds.
We then decided to get ahold of Swiss-Wrist themselves who refused to give us the time of day. Finally, after 2 days they called us and said they would refund us the money after we send the watches back. Which I do not trust.
We are currently in the process of sueing Swiss-wrist and trying to get the website shut down completely for fraud to prevent anyone else the heartache and trouble. To sell counterfit items as authentic absolutely disgusts me. Not to mention the waste of money. I must say that they have some nerve and guts to do what they do. If anyone can afford to purchase multiple watches for over $20,000 then they can certainly afford a lawyer. We are also speaking to the Attorney General in Florida since part of my company is located in Florida. The watches were sent with certificates that guarantee their authenticity.
Once again, this is not about the money, it is the principle and horrible work ethic. Also to represent counterfit watches as "guaranteed authentic" is absolutely and 100% completely illegal.
