Surprised only 2 others here on swimsuitforall. Suggest searching all complaint and review sites on this company. They have a number of ways to extract your hard earned dollars. One is sending you the wrong size or the wrong item. Then they won't credit whatever acct they used to debit but instead give a "egift" card. Maybe you'll get it, maybe you'll get the full amount, not always if you read customers experience.

The process will take up a great deal of your time trying to deal with customer service and it will take many weeks. Weeks. If you return with your own packaging and shipping cost, you are supposed to get a credit on your credit card acct. Full amount? Maybe maybe not. You've paid twice for shipping at this point and again, it can take weeks.

I got the wrong item/size sent to me not once but 3 times. I got the right item, right size once. But they charged me 4 times! it's a real nightmare and this has happened to so many customers that it is not an isolated situation. Search for all those complaints about swimsuitsforall and see for yourself. Then you decide if you want to do business with this outfit.

Oh, one other thing customers will tell you. It's hard enough to get the right suit to fit when ordering online, but they promote using the sizing charts. There is a high percentage probability based on customer feeback that it won't fit. The suit seems decent and prices are fine. But my only personal conclusion after my experience and reading everyone else's is this company must make all their profit on ripping customers off. I am usually careful about researching company's business practices, but i was desperate to find one off season and needed it fast. Buyer beware!

I decided to shop for some nice swimwear for the summer and found their webstie via google. I put some things in the shopping cart and they had an ad stating I would receive 40% off if I shared one of my friends email address with them. I have a friend who is taking a cruise so I shared her address, thinking she might want to order some swimwear as well. After I submitted mine & her addresses, I didn't get anything that gave me a 40% off coupon. So I went to my inbox and there was an email from them stating that AFTER she orders something from them then I will get my 40% off coupon. That was not made clear at the checkout cart. I felt I was tricked into sharing my and my friends email and then ripped off by not receiving my discount. Now they have both of our addresses and I will NEVER purchase anything from them and will spend many hours reporting this practice to every consumer website I can find to let others know about their little fishing trick.

I purchased a swimsuit from this company last season and only wore it a few times.

I took it out this season and found it to be threadbare. It was always handwashed in Woolite and it was rinsed after every wear.

I contacted the company and they said there was nothing they could do after 90 days. I didn't wear it enough to know if there was a problem within 90 days.

For the price, it should have lasted more than a few (less than 7) wearings.

I placed an online order with Swimsuitsforall in July of 2016. The item did not fit so I returned it for a store credit. As the company was out of stock of many items I decided to save it for the next season.

I logged into my online account about 3 weeks ago. The order status stated that I received a "refund". Since I saw no evidence of the store credit in my account I contacted Swimsuitsforall by email.

I received a return email stating that my store credit had been converted into an "egiftcard" and emailed to me in August 2016 & for me to check my email for it. I responded that I had no record of receiving such an email and to please ressend it.

I was then told that all egiftcards are deleted after 90 days and they could not resend it. I then posted a comment on the company's Facebook page. I noticed that there are many complaints from customers posted on their page, several with the exact same issue that I am having.

I received a response from my Facebook post asking me to private message my order number and email address. That was 6 days ago so I sent a follow up message inquiring the status of my request. I just received another email with basically the exact same information I receivd before.

By changing their policies very surreptitiously they are keeping money in their own pockets that belongs to their customers. Swimsuitsforall has flatly refused to reissue the egiftcard or offer any other alternative resolution to this problem.
