What can I do about this?

I placed an order a couple weeks ago, expecting it to arrive in 3 days. 8 days later she answered my e-mails and explained there were problems with her distributers and that she would send extra on Monday at the latest. Today is Saturday. There has been no response to my messages. Does anyone out there know how to deal with this kind of situation? Will my fraud insurance on my credit card cover this? Is there someone I can tattle to? It's only 200 dollars and I see that some people have lost a lot more (wish I'd read your post first) Still, it makes me sick that someone can just take money like that. If I'd wanted to give it away, I'd find a much better cause than a greedy poppy vendor.

Same thing!

Sweetpaulaspods.com is such a scam! I'm trying to get the word out so no one else makes the same mistake I did! I am reporting her to the police and filing a fraud report at my bank first thing Monday morning. How does shelive with herself, screwing people over -_-

I placed a simple order of 100 medium to large dried poppy pods on April 2, 2016. My card was charged immediately and a boilerplate success statement was sent to my email address shortly thereafter. According to her own policies she sends out the order by 11AM pacific time that day if placed prior to that time or the next business day if after. I heard nothing on Saturday (which is fine, but in the past she would send items on Saturday) nor Monday. I emailed her Monday evening explaining I had placed an order and needed it for a wedding arrangement. She finally sent it on Tuesday the 4th, which is also no big deal, however I told her I needed them by Saturday so I could finish off the arrangements for the wedding that night I had planned. Do not order from Sweet Paula’s Pods - You will get nothing unless you are a new customer. then You will be asked to send a money order but you still get nothing or very crappy merchandise. Then you will NEVER hear from them again.

Ordered over $150 of dried floral arrangements and never recieved any of my item. I have ordered from them in the past and they used to be a reliable source but not any more!! They also will not answer your emails or communicate at all with you. DO NOT order from this website they will take your money and you will never receive your items purchased!!!!!

I ordered a batch of poppy pods from Paula's website on 04/04/2017 with guaranteed 2-5 business day shipping. I contacted her on day 5 to find out what was going on as I had not received my package. Come to find out, she hadn't even shipped it yet! I politely asked that she ship it to me overnight as I needed them immediately to start working on arrangements for a wedding reception. What does she do? Sends it 2-5 day shipping! So now I am waiting 2-5 business days, 5 business days after I paid for this order. Yes she would have lost money shipping them overnight, but that's what you have to do when you mess up as a company. She even told me she was on her way to the post office and was going to ship it the fastest route available. She sent it USPS and I know they have overnight shipping! Don't buy from her if you like things to be on time or to be taken care of like a valued customer.

I placed an order with Sweet Paula's Pods in January 2016 and received my order promptly with no problems. I was also content with the quality of the product.

Fast forward to November 2016 and I place another order on my birthday (the 19th). Well, this order never came! She never shipped my order, BUT my payment was processed!

I emailed her several times and she did not reply to any emails. I went on the Facebook page for Sweet Paula's Pods to post a complaint there and there were various other compaints posted about customers not receiving their orders around the same time. I, and other customers through Facebook began messaging eachother and we all concluded that she indeed ripped us all off. So we started posting compaints on the page. Then, Paula decided to deactivate the Facebook page since there were so many compaints that could be publically seen!

Then Paula emailed me and others saying that there was bad weather in Northern California so that prevented her from sending our orders! Haha. Yeah, weather must get sooooo bad in northern California, Paula...that it would delay shipping a prodcut for three months. Give me a break!

Still never receieved my order and still havent heard from Paula again.

DO NOT order anything from this place or this woman or anything this woman is associated with. She will process your payment and steal your money but will not send your orders!

Complete and total ripoff. - Ordered floral supplies on December 3rd, paying $30 for overnight delivery. - Received an email on December 9th that "her laptop was broken", was just fixed, and order would ship shortly. - Crickets... - Received an email on January 9th that the shipment was delayed "due to bad weather" and would be shipping that day. - I sent several emails over January 9-10th asking for clarification. When will the order be shipped? What about my $30 overnight fee? WTF? - As of January 11th, have received no response. To summarize: I made an order with overnight shipping over 5 weeks ago. I have received two emails from the vendor, both contining (bogus) excuses as to why the order hasn't been shipped. Multiple emails literally begging for an update have been ignored. Of course, my credit card was charged immediately! Complete and total scam site.
