This company has filed on my credit report that i owe them through Comcast Cable Company. I have contacted them i was given two phone number too call on Monday. Thier phone number is 884-551-7926 The Amount of $116.60 dollars
I received a letter on april 27, 2017 from Southwest Credit Systems saying I have an outstanding balance of $147.75 from AT&T mobility. I have never had an ATT account. If this was the case why wait all this time to all of a sudden receive a letter. I have never received a bill or anything. I know how these companies work because I work in the collections industry. I advise this situation get resolved before I take it to court
I ordered a report of my credit history through "Credit Karma", Trans union reported a collection on there from a collecting agencey called "South West Credit " in the amount of $65, owed to 11 comcast, from 3/2015, I contacted Comcast about the unpaid balance and they reported that there is not any negative balances nor has there been any anywhere on my account. I have tried to contact the collection agengcey but to no avail..if anyone has any contact info for them please let me know.
I recieve updates whenever there is change in my credit report and when I recieved an alert that I had a negative mark on my credit report I found that a company called Southwest Credit Systems was reporing an unpaid bill of 237.00 on my credit report. I knew this had to be wrong I am very responsible with my credit so I tried to contact this company and find out what was up, as I had knew I had no unpaid bills from anyone and I had never heard from this company by phone or by mail. When I called I found myself in a phone maze and then the phone disconnected. This happened 4 times. I finally gave up and tried to find out if I had the right number that is when I found the many reports of fraud and that is when I decided to spead up. I will be disputed this and filing a complait with the attorney general of Texas and the better business burea, but if this has happened to you I urge you to speak up, it may be easier to pay these types of businesses off than stand up for yourself, but that is how these types of business's continue to take advantage of people. Please call the Texas attoney general and make a complait to the better business burea to stop Southwest Credit Systems and business's like them.
Southwest Credit System is a rip off..... I have never been with tihis company, but some how some way they are on my credit report and there is know way of getting them off... HELP Who are these personal credit thiefs that's f****** up people life. I was 7 poimts away form buying my first new home, and now i'm 20 points away thanks to these people 13 points dropped.
I get calls from 949-407-7091 about 10 times per week for the last 2 months. Half the time, they hang up the phone when I answer. The most recent half I simply let my answering machine answer. Finally after at least 30 unanswered calls over the last 3 weeks, I answered the phone and the "Indian" Punjab voice claims he is calling regarding an important "business matter", but will not give any more information unless I confirm the name he is asking for. I told the caller to tell me the details of why he is calling and who he is or not to call me anymore and he said someone else will call from another number. I called back the 949-407-7091 a few times and their answering machine states "Southwest Credit Systems" . . "collecting a debt", even though I never received any letters from anybody about a debt and I have never left any unpaid bills. After waiting a few minutes with 949-407-7091 for someone to answer, they hang up every time without even saying hello. This company is conducting criminal HARRASMENT and needs to be criminally charged with stalking, nuisance, harassment, intimidation and needs to STOP CALLING from 949-407-7091 or any other Southwest Credit Systems affiliate.
