We paid him and it turns out the whole time he was pretending to represent us he was actually working for and with the other party.
This is totally unethical. We hire him to help with our landlord in a legal matter regarding the purchase of our home. The whole time he was also working for and getting paid buy the seller/lanlord.
It's like you hire him to help you, he then takes your money and contacts the other party, ...gets and better offer and takes money from both sides and works for the highest payer.
If you hire this man/firm the first thing he will do is contact the other party and try to get a better offer to represent them and not you. And keep your money.
