Ordered July 6th for $99 plus tax a Adult Tricycle Single Wheel Bicycle. There was a box that states "View your order" bur every time I tried to view it states "The shop is unavailable." I have emailed to 2 sites listed above with no responds. I ordered this bicycle because I am an older mom & wanted to enjoy riding with my 11 year old. Now I am out $$ and bike. Not happy at all & I saved for that bike, which my money is very tight.
I also saw second site and complained to them, with no answer. I saw a phone number, which I saw was overseas 01022746552.....of course NO ANSWER.
I signed up for updates & have not heard anything more from them. What a piece of sh*t to do this to people!!!
We had the same experience with this company - ordered adult 3 wheel bike for me as a birthday present. No bike was delivered, although they took the money. Then, the tracking emails disappeared and the phone number was "unavailable"...hubby protested to MC, they gave us a provisional credit, then, 4 weeks later, we got a small package in the mail from China - a plain, white mousepad, which neither one of us had ordered. Two weeks after that, got a letter from MC that the co. had provided "proof" that they had sent us a product and we received it in our mailbox. The "proof" was the shipping label for the mousepad, which was valued (hah) at $5, so MC was putting the $89 charge back on our account. We protested it again, and I highlighted very clearly the info that the co. was in MINNEAPOLIS, MN and the cost of the bike was $89 - on the shipping label, highlighted very clearly the item delivered was to our mailbox, was a mousepad and was worth $5 (if that), so WHO in their right mind would think that constituted fair value? MC has now credited our account AGAIN...so, now we wait, to see if they slap it back on there again...we will fight this as long as it takes, to get someone at Citibank to take their head out of their ass and see the stupidity of this.
I purchased an Adult Tricycle Single Wheel Bicycle 700x1; Yellow from this company on line. They took my money, sent me a thank you for purchase e-mail with order # 1497 @ 89.00, which was paid on my debit card for my bank.
After receiving the funds, they removed themselves from the internet and I have not been able to contact them and I have not received my 3 wheel Tricycle. The Thank you purchase email was received on July 18, 2019 @ 650 pm from "[email protected]".
They scammed me out if $89.00 saying they offer SAME quality and half the price if ordered from SVIONRF. I was lead to believe that this was a safe and honest web site and that shipment would be in 30 to 60 days from order. Which they took $89.00 that sane day assurance that my bike was being prepared to ship.
This is not right. I have finally learned to pay in person or thru PayPal if ever buying anything off Internet. I'm just a grandmother trying to find a deal for my handicap granddaughter a 3 wheel bike she can ride with out help holding her up. Sad this happened and pray they pay for what they have done.
I ordered 2 bikes from this company after seeing an online ad on social media. We did get an email around July 21 stating the bikes had been shipped but have not received the bikes or gotten any communication from them since then. I emailed the company twice but never received an answer back. I learned my lesson not to order from unknown companies. For $89 this was a very inexpensive price for a 3-wheel bike compared to what I have seen in stores. I guess it's true - "If it seems too good to be true, it usually is." Shame on me for not checking for negative reviews before ordering the bikes.

There's no way to contact Svionrf, which probably means "to steal" in some unknown language,and I lost my money.
