On July 27, I lemisfortune vacation when I came back checking my account I found some charge from svcrt.com, I call the to find out and to stop that, they promised me they are going too cancel that and give me a refund, but before the week was over, I got charge again, then the next and again the next one. I don't know what to do now as they keep taking money from my account and refuse to stop and refund me.
I work up this morning to see that $30.00 has been removed from my debit card after a purchase at svcrt.com at 3:00 am but I didn't purchase anything and I want my *** money back!
This company keep insisting we're using this debit card to check his (Thomas Ahr's) credit, but never used a credit card, but we never use this card, or any card to check his credit. They told me in November they'd never stopped it, and they told me again the cancelled it. We'll see next month.
Total Scam ! Charged my Card on two occasions, Aug. & Sept. 2016 - $29.95 each. This was even after I had called them and cancelled services. Reported to my Bank. Now I had to call Bank back today because VISA called me and said they (SVCRT) tried it again this am ! New debit card on the way now thanks to these thieves !! Any legal recourse ?
I contacted a supervisor assuring me my money would be refunded on November 23rd but it didn't happen I called back on today November 26th and was told that I wasn't going to get my money back. I Really need my money and for someone to tell me I was and don't get it really bothers me. I am a disabled young lady and I have a lot of health problems and High BLOOD pressure is one and getting upset was not good for me but I want and need my money please help me to get my money deposited back into my account. *

I went on a trip out of town and they charged my visa my card was comprised and cancelled everytime i go out of time on a trip they charge my card. this the second time it happened and i had to go through the hassle of a blocked card.
I tried to cancel this service because I could never understand the service. I could not contact the company about cancellation and the service was not what I was lead to believe. I have filed a report it my bank and trying to get a full refund. I expect a refund from this company back to my account due to misleading representation.
On May 3, 16, SVCRT.com charged my debit $29.95 for services i had cancelled. On May 4,6 and 15, 2016, I called Svcrt.com to question why I had not received the refund Today is June 6, 2016. I still have yet to receive the refund. Not only will I file the complaint with this site. But also with the Better business bureau.
I called this company on March 16th 2016 because I am trying to buy a house and I needed to check my credit. The fee was $29.95 and if I canceled within 7 days I would not be charged. I cancelled on March 18th, they still took out the money from my account. I called them immediately and demanded my money be reimbursed. I was told it would be refunded within 3 days it wasn't there. I called again and was told that there was a computer malfunction and I would have it in 3 days. I am still waiting. My advice go to it's free.
Be advised I Was told I was going to be charged a $1.00 one time only fee, then come to find unauthorized charges of 29.95 withdrawn from my bank account. Needless to say the scores they prided weren't useful anyways & were not accurate. This web site is a complete scam & I do not understand how it still ripping people off, but me & my sources will be looking closer into shutting this thing down.
