I was with sutter gould med.foundation, but not happy with there practice. so I went to Kiser Med. for a while but did not like them either, so I went back to Sutter gould. I called to make an appointment and told them I was coming back to Sutter but I have to wait until the 1st of the month so I could be covered. the lady on the phone said they had already switched me over so I could make an appointment, so I did. when I got to the Doctors office I asked Sherry the receptionist if she could check to see if I was covered, she said yes, I see right here that your in our system, at that point I called the office at sutter to make sure and talk to Joe, he said yes you are in our system. 3 weeks later I get a bill for $294.00 I called to find out what happen, Sherry told me that there was a glitch in there computer system and I had never been taken off from the last time I was with them, so when I made the appointment it showed that I was active, she said she was sorry that I should talk to the office MGR. Starr, I did and she told me she would take care of it, next bill came and it showe a $00.00 balance. 3 months later I get the bill again and now there saying it's patients responsibility. I have gone over and over with them and they won't do the right thing and keep billing me.
When I talk to Starr yesterday she was laughing at me on the phone and told me I had to pay.
