Ordered a "Texas Grill" -"Tail Gator". When order arrived, found they had sent the wrong product, a bbq tool set instead. When we called to report the problem, they immediately knew they had sent the wrong item (the bait and switch), before we could tell them why we called.
The girl on the phone offered to send the correct item if we would pay for the tool set, at a remarkable 50% off (yeah, right!). We said no, just send the correct product. They said they cannot send the correct product until they receive the tools back.
We are very upset because we know this was a planned marketing scheme they had devised. We ask to speak to a manager, and of course they are not available.
Will now try to get the credit card to hold the funds.

I recieved a random email from survivallife about a knife they had on sale. I happen to like the look of the knife so i oredered it on March 10th. After waiting the 7-12 days for deluvery + a few days I called them, i aas tjen informed that they had sold out and were out of stock. Then i was told to be patient and as soon as they had more in stock my order would be shiped. I ordered the Ever Strike Match 3 weeks ago and have still never received it. They charged my account for $5.43 on 8-22-26. I have called them once & chatted online with a representative with no results?? The last representative said the item is not on back order and to wait another week & then call if it has not arrived. When I have tried to call them 3 times and no one answers after more than 30 minutes. Just music playing. I assume bunches of people are calling to complain. The also tried to charge me a fee of $51.58 for some kind of Family Protection Association without my authorization or at least I never noticed I was buying anything like that. I called them back as soon as I noticed it and supposedly received a refund. I am currently checking on that with my credit card company. I feel this is possibly a scam company for sure. At least, they do not conduct standard reputable business! I would avoid this company.

Similar to other complainants on this site, I responded to an ad and ordered a credit card style pocket tool (which, of itself was unimpressive). Subsequent pages to the "place order" page try to upsell you on loads of other unnecessary stuff. Worse, placing the order, automatically enters you to their "service" and they charge $19.99 every month for - which is easy for them to do because you see...they have to charge you for "shipping and handling" of this tool which weighs less than a letter but they capture your credit/debit card info you see.
Numerous phone calls to stop debiting my account were unsuccessful and finally had to change my flipping bank account so they couldn't do it. Unfortunately for me, this took me several months to figure out so this "free" pocket tool which is worth less than $5.00 cost me over $120. I've seen where these people respond to other complainaints saying that they "openly tell customers" they are signing you up for this crap. Well, I say hogwash on that because if it were so obvious - why are all these people complaining that it is anything but obvious.
I told them to check their records and see if I'd ever accessed any of the stuff they'd signed me up for and return my money. Nothing.
The old saying of, "if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't" needs to be changed to "if it's too good to be true...it's a gigantic scam and run as fast as you can the other way" Not as catchy, but more accurate, especially as it comes to these schiesters.

Ordered an item from Internet from this company that seemed interesting, a credit card knife only had to pay for shipping, seemed like a good deal, come to find out I can get it on Amazon for CHEAPER! Then got bombarded with emails EVERY SINGLE DAY! Long story short, when I clicked onto the website to look at a new product, I was CHARGED FOR THIS ITEM because they already had my credit card number information!!!
Luckily I work for the bank and got the credit card number changed right away! Also need to be aware of what they call "UPSELL" which is you buy one thing and they charge you if you click on the link, customer service said I was interested and so my card was charged! On February 20,2016 I ordered a Solar Powered Battery Charger from Survivallife.com. for $39.95. When I received an email acknowledgement of my purchase, they had added something called an Solar Briefcase which I did not authorize nor request. This cost $495.00. The next day that the company was open, I called to void the order. I was assured that this would not be a problem and that the order had been cancelled as of February 21, 2016,
On Monday, February 22 I received an email stating that the order had been shipped via FedEx. Naturally I immediately contacted the company ([email protected] // ) and was told I would have to refuse the order when it arrived. It was scheduled to be delivered by FedEx on February 25. Upon checking the tracking number I was provided I now discovered that the item was now scheduled to be delivered on Monday, March 1st. I immediately called FedEx and was able to get the package refused.
Meanwhile, I have contacted the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office Department of Consumer Affairs and am pursuing any remedies they may suggest
I have also been forced to cancel my debit card an obtain a new card. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I feel that this company is a complete scam.

Last month Survival life adverstised a Girandino Air Rifle for 199.00, simple enough. I ordered one. A week or so the rifle arrives, the box is marked XISICO, model xs25. I couldnt seem to find the name Girandoni anywhere. I called the company I was told the brand was XISICO the model was a Girandoni. I was looking at the gun and it was clearly marked XS25, maybe I needed to clean my glasses but I couldnt find Girandino anywhere.
Calling the company again, I was told sorry that your purchase was not satisfactory, they didnt seem to understand that the gun was not what they advertised. I was told a shipping label would be sent shortly. It arrived 4 days later with instructions to take it to any UPS store. I repacked the gun and trotted off to the local UPS store.
Sorry I was told you have to go to the full service store , we cant take firearms. I pointed to the label that said take to any UPS location, Sorry no luck, and they will not pickup a firearm from a private home. Ok drive 30 miles to the full service store, ship gun. A few days later it was back with Survival Life, it was signed for around 11:oo am. Later that day I got an e mail from survival life asking for the tracking number so they could track the weapon.
I not so nicely gave them the number and informed her its there and who signed for it. One hand didnt know what the other was doing I guess. I have gotten my refund and am watching my card as there are other complaints about that too. I did get two calls from Brittany at survival life, I returned 3, voice mail. No return calls. I got An email asking what could be done to work out my issues arrived, I answered it. No response. Silly me, did I expect one?

I purchased an item 4 months ago and finally got a refund when the order never was delivered. The refund was for $19.95 but should have been for $39.95. I was charged $57 for some martial arts thing I never ordered. Got that information from my credit card co. I ordered another item but cancelled it with in 10 minutes of the purchase by email 4x called customer service 2x but received an email today stating my order has shipped. This company has claimed things I ordered was not through them even when I sent back the order confirmation email they sent me suddenly they found my order on the wrong desk. I, like other people took Survival Life up on one of the free offers i found on my Facebook page. In my personal case it was for the wallett knife. After putting my information in to pay the $4.95 shipping charge and declining the other knife as well as the membership they went a head and starting to charge my accout for a membership fee that was not authorized. I made several attempts to contact them through the customer assistance number listed with no answer.
In my case i did make payment through Pay Pal and froze the funds. After several more attemts to contact Survival life through e-mails as well as the 24-7 on line live help, also not working, i did contact ClickBank and through them had the funds returned to me as well as stopping any future reoccuring charges.
This company is in my opinion is a internet predator site who is using these free offers to steal from unsuspecting people. I am careful when buying anything on-line. I do read the terms and conditions before proceeding. I did click on the "decline " button in reguards to the membership and they charged me any ways. This is a very dishonest company.

I initially ordered an item from Survival Life however never received the item. I happened to check my email and found that they billed me four times for the same item. I then checked my bank statment and found that they made 7 transactions on my debit card all of which were unauthorized. These add up to about $127 in unauthorized debits.

There may be more but those are the ones that have billed me. I would be VERY careful of anything on the Internet that looks like a "suviavlist" site especially if they are offering some sort of product like a credit card knife, Stinger Spy Pen or any kind of knife.

One day i was redirected to survival life, the web site. It was offering a free credit card knife just for signing up. I signed up and i have never recived it.
A week later i recieved via email, an offer for a free flashlight, and a spring loaded tactical knife, 4.95, and 9.95 respectively. All i had to do is pay shipping and handling. So i gave them a credit card and paid for shipping and handling. There was some trouble with the reply receipt, and i didn't get one. I called the 24/7 help line. A lady with an accent answered and said, " i see your payments and orders, so they will go through all right". That was three weeks ago. I have recieved nothing and they said it was a 5-7 business working days delivery. Today i did some home work on with bbb. All saying the same thing. Mostly they did not recieve anything and were getting no replies.
I tried to sign into the site today and it does not allow anyone to sign in. I tried calling the 24/7 help desk. The canned message saying all our desks are busy. I could stay on and be put in line or i could write an email. I stayed on and held for 5 minutes and then was cut off.
I wrote an email and got a canned reciept saying an associate will contact me as soon as possible. Didn't happen!
I assume they have closed there doors and i am having my credit card charges reversed. I don't expect anything free but i know that the s&h is enough to cover the price of these things. And the inflated prices they say they are worth are a flat out lie i verified on other website.

I ordered a knife from this company and never recieved it but was charged for it. next I noticed that they charged my card for some thing else without authorization or my consent. Called company and talked to person that couldnt even tell me why this charge was on my bank statement.

On February 20,2016 I ordered a Solar Powered Battery Charger from Survivallife.com. for $39.95. When I received an email acknowledgement of my purchase, they had added something called an Solar Briefcase which I did not authorize nor request. This cost $495.00. The next day that the company was open, I called to void the order. I was assured that this would not be a problem and that the order had been cancelled as of February 21, 2016,
On Monday, February 22 I received an email stating that the order had been shipped via FedEx. Naturally I immediately contacted the company ([email protected] // ) and was told I would have to refuse the order when it arrived. It was scheduled to be delivered by FedEx on February 25. Upon checking the tracking number I was provided I now discovered that the item was now scheduled to be delivered on Monday, March 1st. I immediately called FedEx and was able to get the package refused.
Meanwhile, I have contacted the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office Department of Consumer Affairs and am pursuing any remedies they may suggest
I have also been forced to cancel my debit card an obtain a new card. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I feel that this company is a complete scam.

Last month Survival life adverstised a Girandino Air Rifle for 199.00, simple enough. I ordered one. A week or so the rifle arrives, the box is marked XISICO, model xs25. I couldnt seem to find the name Girandoni anywhere. I called the company I was told the brand was XISICO the model was a Girandoni. I was looking at the gun and it was clearly marked XS25, maybe I needed to clean my glasses but I couldnt find Girandino anywhere.
Calling the company again, I was told sorry that your purchase was not satisfactory, they didnt seem to understand that the gun was not what they advertised. I was told a shipping label would be sent shortly. It arrived 4 days later with instructions to take it to any UPS store. I repacked the gun and trotted off to the local UPS store.
Sorry I was told you have to go to the full service store , we cant take firearms. I pointed to the label that said take to any UPS location, Sorry no luck, and they will not pickup a firearm from a private home. Ok drive 30 miles to the full service store, ship gun. A few days later it was back with Survival Life, it was signed for around 11:oo am. Later that day I got an e mail from survival life asking for the tracking number so they could track the weapon.
I not so nicely gave them the number and informed her its there and who signed for it. One hand didnt know what the other was doing I guess. I have gotten my refund and am watching my card as there are other complaints about that too. I did get two calls from Brittany at survival life, I returned 3, voice mail. No return calls. I got An email asking what could be done to work out my issues arrived, I answered it. No response. Silly me, did I expect one?

I purchased an item 4 months ago and finally got a refund when the order never was delivered. The refund was for $19.95 but should have been for $39.95. I was charged $57 for some martial arts thing I never ordered. Got that information from my credit card co. I ordered another item but cancelled it with in 10 minutes of the purchase by email 4x called customer service 2x but received an email today stating my order has shipped. This company has claimed things I ordered was not through them even when I sent back the order confirmation email they sent me suddenly they found my order on the wrong desk. There are 2 companies that are actually one in the same and when I question one company they claim I must have ordered from the other and the other makes the same claim. Its purely bad business.

They advertise in Facebook a free Stryker match that will always light go $4.95 shipping fee. I got a very cheap lighter that requires fluid and it's very light, it comes in an envelope that cost 1 stamp to send. They don't answer their 24 hr call number or reply to messages

I, like other people took Survival Life up on one of the free offers i found on my Facebook page. In my personal case it was for the wallett knife. After putting my information in to pay the $4.95 shipping charge and declining the other knife as well as the membership they went a head and starting to charge my accout for a membership fee that was not authorized. I made several attempts to contact them through the customer assistance number listed with no answer.
In my case i did make payment through Pay Pal and froze the funds. After several more attemts to contact Survival life through e-mails as well as the 24-7 on line live help, also not working, i did contact ClickBank and through them had the funds returned to me as well as stopping any future reoccuring charges.
This company is in my opinion is a internet predator site who is using these free offers to steal from unsuspecting people. I am careful when buying anything on-line. I do read the terms and conditions before proceeding. I did click on the "decline " button in reguards to the membership and they charged me any ways. This is a very dishonest company.

I initially ordered an item from Survival Life however never received the item. I happened to check my email and found that they billed me four times for the same item. I then checked my bank statment and found that they made 7 transactions on my debit card all of which were unauthorized. These add up to about $127 in unauthorized debits.
They go by the names of:
Survival Life
Lamplighter Society
Absolute Rights
Concealed
There may be more but those are the ones that have billed me. I would be VERY careful of anything on the Internet that looks like a "suviavlist" site especially if they are offering some sort of product like a credit card knife, Stinger Spy Pen or any kind of knife.
They do not answer their phone number or respond to emails.

One day i was redirected to survival life, the web site. It was offering a free credit card knife just for signing up. I signed up and i have never recived it.
A week later i recieved via email, an offer for a free flashlight, and a spring loaded tactical knife, 4.95, and 9.95 respectively. All i had to do is pay shipping and handling. So i gave them a credit card and paid for shipping and handling. There was some trouble with the reply receipt, and i didn't get one. I called the 24/7 help line. A lady with an accent answered and said, " i see your payments and orders, so they will go through all right". That was three weeks ago. I have recieved nothing and they said it was a 5-7 business working days delivery. Today i did some home work on with bbb. All saying the same thing. Mostly they did not recieve anything and were getting no replies.
I tried to sign into the site today and it does not allow anyone to sign in. I tried calling the 24/7 help desk. The canned message saying all our desks are busy. I could stay on and be put in line or i could write an email. I stayed on and held for 5 minutes and then was cut off.
I wrote an email and got a canned reciept saying an associate will contact me as soon as possible. Didn't happen!
I assume they have closed there doors and i am having my credit card charges reversed. I don't expect anything free but i know that the s&h is enough to cover the price of these things. And the inflated prices they say they are worth are a flat out lie i verified on other website.
