I've been using the surveymini app for quite some time. Back in early June I filled out the request for a $25.00 giftcard to the Olive Garden from surveymini. On June 22, 2016 I returned the email confirmation and patiently waited for my giftcard to arrive. I sent several email inquires thru the app directly asking for a status update to my giftcard but never heard anything back. Finally on September 27, 2016 I sent an email to the company asking for a status update. Much to my surprise I was told I waited too long to contact them and there was nothing they could do. Seriously... what about the 3 times I contacted then thru their app and no one answered. When I cashed in my points it was thru the app and that was answered so why do they have a "Contact Me" on their app if no one will contact you back.
I'm not asking for something more than I earned and that's the $25.00 Olive Garden Giftcard. I have read online of others that have complained on not getting their giftcards and it seems I'm merely one of a growing list.
I have tried to no avail to rectify this with the company but after 3 emails from someone named Daryn, who by the way needs to work on his English grammer, was absolutely no help. I sent another email asking to speak to a supervisor over a week ago and finally an email telling him that I had no intension to let this go until I receive my giftcard.
Fair is fair... if you earn a giftcard, you should get it. Surveymini is owned and/or operated by Services Management Inc., 1737 McGee St., Kansas City, MO 64108. I have been using this app and participating in surveys on a weekly basis since last May and I have to say I am very disappointed that they are not as good as their word. I completed many surveys as were required to receive my rewards and got absolutely nothing in return. I know there are other apps out there that offer this same service for companies. The companies paying them to conduct these surveys should know they're ripping off the very people helping them to gather their data.
