SURVEY JUNKIE HAS NUMEROUS TECHNICAL ISSUES IN THEIR WEBSITE THAT NOT ONLY SCREW PEOPLE OUT OF COMPLETEABLE SURVEYS, BUT ALSO EARNED POINTS FOR COMPLETED SURVEYS! EVERY TIME YOU POINT THIS OUT TO THEM,THEY RESPOND WITH WEAK,STUPID EXCUSES THAT BORDER ON CONDESCENDING AND INSULTING!
FORGET the Better Business Bureau(BBB),they have at least 500+ complaints about Survey Junkie AND HAVE DONE NOTHING!
The ONLY thing to do is REPORT them to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint center at ic3.gov;SOONER OR LATER,SOMETHING WILL BE DONE!
After I had seen Paypal was not available to cash out on their website a few weeks ago after I had earned 511 points equal to $5.11, I had filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. They all had replied & told me to contact them about it so that I can get my $5.11 through Paypal. After I had contacted them, they had told me to provide my telephone number so that I can verify who I am to be able to cash out my $5.11.
I had responded back to them & told them my cellphone # & that I prefer to be contacted Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. It has been at least 2 weeks. They have never contacted me to verify who I am so that I can get my $5.11 via PayPal. I had worked hard to answer survey questions to receive my 511 points. I will be filing another complaint with the Better Business Bureau & whomever else to fairly get my $5.11 via PayPal. I do not have a bank account.
Even if I did have a bank account, I would not feel secure giving them personal information; especially with so many scams going on. Every other survey companies allow you all to cash out via Paypal immediately including them when I had used them previously. Based on the other complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau, it looks other people have had these problems out of them too.
This is edward hausey and i was doing surveys off this website called surveyjunkie.com as a member there and i cashed out the amount of $41.78 recently which they so say was sent to my paypal account on 9:28:18 pm on july 7th of 2019 that i was supposed to receive.
The result was "i didn't receive it at all in my account" and i also looked in my activity page and it wasn't even there. This is why i'm reporting a factual self evident matter with this website that it was deceptive online business practice on their part.
And that's why i want your company to investigate this situation a.S.A.P.Thank you for your time.
I earned $10 takin surveys so I redeemed they money on Paypal to make sure it worked before spedning real time and enrergy on the site. A week later I was at $30 so I tried to cash out again. They said they needed to further verify my account before cashing out and that they would call me.
They originally said 48 hours, when that came and went, they said within 7 days. That came and went and I got an email saying they tried calling me, and would try again within 7 more days. After now weeks of waiting and dozens of emails sent, there was still no call to verify.
Instead of calling me to verify my account, they just periodically send emails saying "sorry for the delay, we have very high call volumes." I wrote a review on another site, and they responded to the review, but still haven't called. They took the time to respond saying they were working to improve their customer service, but have not taken the time to call me and fix it. This was two weeks ago.
Survey junkie mis leads you. they owe me money and refuse to pay based on BS things they make up. and they never get anywhere when you complain. I see numerous amounts of negitive feedback reporting the same business practaces.
