I order product from them for $27 dollars. The ups tracking number they sent me show a label was printed on 09/01/17. No product was ever shipped. It says on their website suragel.com that they are live 24/7. No one answers the phone and the [email protected] email comes back as invalid. Been trying to contact them for 4 days. I got ripped off.
I bought some Suragel on Amazon 6 months back & kinda liked it but it was expensive so I thought i’d see if they had a better deal on their own website. They did or at least I thought they did. I ordered it for about half the price and they then sent me an email with a tracking number that said it had shipped. That was almost a month ago & I never received the product. The USPS also says it is still awaiting the item for dropoff. I then tried calling & emaiing their "24/7” customer service several times but there is never any answer. So it looks like I was taken for a ride. I’m just hoping my bank will credit the amount back to me. I also hope that whoever runs this website gets busted for fraud & for running a shady business.
I paid for product 15 days back. All I see is label created for past 5 days. No product is shipped and no answer on phone or email. It is a scam company.
next step is to call credit card company and stop the charges. I had opted for monthly program. Wish I read these reviews first.
I ordered the product on Jan 16. and my credit card was immediately charged. As per website the product should ship next day. But I waited 10 days and there was no shipping info or any email. I sent a email threatening to dispute my charges, and then I see a "Label Prepared- waiting for shipment" next day. Its been 4 more days and the status doesn't change. They have not shipped the product. I was hoping to get it, but the modus-operandi seems like the previous complainers. It is a SCAM BUSINESS.

Paid for product 11/20/2017 havnt heard a word from them today is 11/28/2017.i think is a scam company
