Stay away from Supreme Singles they promise the moon, just to get your credit card , I payed 2000 collards for six referrals, and they been giving fake numbers, peoples who don't even exist, or peoples who work for them, or phone numbers own by them, I stayed one hours in the office that all , how they know me to match me with somebody, they get your money after you can go to hell, you have tree day to cancelled but nobody answered the phone for a week after you signed, even you use a other number nobody is present in the office at the time of the call,
Supreme Singles conacted me by phone on 2/4/2017, and I made an appointment for me to visit their office on Thursday, 2/14/2017 at 3:00 pm at 301 Yamata Road, Suite 3191, Boca Raton, Florida 33431. I was told the date matching service is free, but that they chatged $100.00 for administrative services. I agreed, and gave them my credit card, and the lady gave me a receipt for the $100.00 charge. I believe her name is Lanie. I asked when I could get a date for a possible match. She said within one week. I never heard anymore from Supreme Singles. I telephoned Suprem Singles on March 2, and told them I wanted a refund of my $100 since they had not made any contacts for me. I believe I spoke with Lanie. I explained that I hadn't heard from Supreme Singles over a 3 weeks period of time and that Lanie had promised a contact within one week.
She finally said she would send me a refund.
I called back 8 days later on March 10, and complained that I had not redeived my refund. I believed I spoke with Audry. She said they did not refund after 3 days as stated in my contract. I told her that I wqs promised a contact within the first week and that they failed to live up to their promise and that I had made a match on my on, and that I did not ned their service. She said she would have a member of management contact me. I haven't heard from them since.
Supreme Singles is a huge fraudulent so called "matchmaking" company that take your money and never produce what they offer.I paid them $5600.00 after asking $10000.00 originally.Total misrepresenatation.
They promise to introduce gentlemen of similar professional standing and I was told that they only deal with financially secure gentlemen. A total lie.
After endless phone calls and begging to be introduced to someone, they eventually sent 3 men who had paid them zero dollars. As the company were short of men the company told them not to worry any man will do, to carry on the lie.
I wish we could stop them from perpetrating this fraudulent misrepresentation of lies and deceit.Anyone else ripped off by this company should try to form a class action law suit against them.
Stay Away! If you're considering joining a dating service do yourself a favor & keep looking. I totally fell for the pitch of how special their service is and of the types and qualities of the women they would be connecting me with. Considering the exorbitant cost for the service, $5000 which was supposedly "discounted", I had great expectations.
I certainly don't want to disparage the 3 women they connected me with but they were certainly not the type of woman I was led to believe I would be meeting, and if there were anything in common between us it was out of shear luck and not because they were such great matchmakers. As soon as I saw where this was going & what I could expect I had requested to cancel the service and asked for a refund. During that call I was treated very rudely and was told by the person I was speaking with that she would send the refund request to her superiors. That was in May, it is now early September. Not only have I never received the refund, phone calls to their office go directly to voice mail and never responded to.
I tried disputing the charge with my credit card companies ( the charge was split on 2 cards ) but the companies defense was that I had 3 days to cancel the service & i didn't. First off there is a minimum 1 week waiting period while the company does a background check before they would start setting up dates and secondly, how would you know how the service actually lives up to the hype until they actually perform?
