He kept making excuse after excuse, and eventually my attorneys had to threaten him with a lawsuit. Jeff agreed he would pay back the difference owed, but of course he wrote 2 bad checks of over $5,000. I filed a pressed felony charges against him, which he then paid off half to the county after nearly 6 months of effort, and we haven't heard back from him since.
