Purchased vehicle 11-25-17 and still NO Title from him as he stated it should take 10 days. He has minr over a week ago from Great Plains Credit Union. He has ignored my texts asking where is it!!!! Ignored
I have purchased that vehicle on, and made multiple payments, each time that I were making payments, they never had records of the previous ones, and always asked me more that I owe, that was not recorded in their computer neither, on June the 13th 2015, I have obtain the of bill of sale, a 99 white Mercury tracer, for $2,500.00 then increase the price to $3,000.00this vehicle was very clean from the outside, I need it as a back up in case of my pick up will brake down. The owner told me that it just need it a new timing belt, but found out that the engine was replaced instead. I haven't touched the vehicle since, but that car broke down on the 8th of September 2015 in Yuma, called up the owner and asked him what was the deal, I have told him that it was a big issue on that vehicle and should not have stall for no apparent reason, he said that the car was not under warranty, so I have got it tow to Dateland, 70 miles east of Yuma.Later I have found out that a vacuum line was plugged from the fuel sensor, the O2 sensor was not good, the mechanic told me that was a dumb light and it could make it disappearred, also two spark plug wires were reversed on the coil. I haven't done any repairs on it, since then, I have only drove this vehicle for approximately 300 miles.
Called the owner recently told him about the srcew ups, but did not care and wanted to charge me for the repairs, replied that I was not responsible for the mistake that his mechanic were making, as far as my concern that the engine would need some major repairs, but did not care, and mention that we could work something out, I have asked him multiple times if he had the attention to charge me for it, but would not say.
A compression test was performed on the engine, and it shows nothing on the gage, oil was added in all four cylinders and only two showed some reading, which means that the engine needs a total rebuilt.
