I moved out of Florida, so before I moved I canceled my supra ekey, which was over 2 months ago. I apparently was lucky getting through to someone to cancel my account. The guy on the phone "canceled" it but never sent any confirmation email as promised. They continued to take money from my account the next month. I called Supra, was on hold for 30 minutes when I gave up. They didn't respond to any of my emails regarding my billing account. I called my bank and they filed a claim with Supra to give my money back. I thought at this point they wouldn't be allowed to charge me again. But, this month, Supra once again took money from me, unauthorized.
I called them again, no one answered. I called my bank again and now they are filing yet another claim to get my money back and I have to get a new card so they stop billing me, which is super inconvenient but the only choice I have. Supra is run by a bunch of crooks who sign you up for something you need to practice real estate then take 100% advantage of your cc information, neglecting to actually cancel the service. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED. If you want to practice real estate in Jacksonville or Florida or wherever Supra does business, good luck ever canceling your bill without going through what I did.
