Super.com (supertravel app) booked me for a room at Extended stay America-Gainesville,FL, they didn't have available & won't refund me! I've already filed a Better Business Bureau Report as well.
Any inappropriate language here is a verbatim quote of the desk clerk. I used super.com super app (aka; supertravel) & called the hotel ahead, they said they had rooms available. I also informed them i am MtF transgender (because I've experienced terrible transphobic discrimination this year, since being publicly transgender); the desk clerk guy, literally said; "I don't give a f**k about your lifestyle" I was like
....okay, cool" (thinking that's a bit odd, to curse at a new client like that, but okay, I'm an adult, it's not that big of a deal to me. so i booked w/super. I used chime to pay the $83.94 on june 3rd 4:45p (I have a chime screenshot i can share) & upon arrival the hotel informs me, they have no rooms available & super keeps booking them Also they've had to turn away numerous people from super app!
Okay, so refund me then, simple, right? with priceline or expedia, it'd be no problem! with super & this hotel & chime, now none of the 3 involved businesses will refund me! I never got a room & they have no proof I ever did, cause I did not get a room! I demand my money back immediately! It's been months of fighting this & I just made a better business bureau report now, as well.
