Superstition Springs Chrysler Reviews
On the 26th of Dec. 2014 I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited new for $27,464.14 this was a good looking car and everything me and my wife wanted. After driving this car for a few months we found that the transmission was jerking the car in forward and when slowing down to a stop. After a few months I brought the above car to the dealership and after over a week they put in a new transmission. (at this time I only had aprox. 3500 miles on it) well I drove it with the new transmission in it to find that it was doing the same thing, jerking forward and stopping, Now into about 8 months I was told by the dealership to drive it so that it might repair itself, well it did not, I then went back as there was a recall on the transmission only to be told that the part was not in. At that time I and my wife desided to get rid of it as it was hard to drive it only had 5900 miles on it when I traded it in. Now the fun begins again, we got a 2015 Dodge Charger, the price on it was $31,779.00 not to bad, but what was bad they gave me $16,950.00 for the lemon Chrysler that they sold me, for a loss of $10,514.14,
If this is not bad enough I get a letter from Chrysler telling me that for the cancellation of my Service Contract they are sending a check to the dealer made payable to me, well, I have not seen the check, I have not signed the check, but I was told by the dealer that they used it as part of my down payment, even tho I put down $4000.00 cash.
