I was playing an online game and decided that I needed more gems. I went to the get gems and then clicked free gems. I scrolled down and saw a company Called swap.com that if you made a purchase you would be rewarded gems. I made a large purchase but never received any gems. I sent them a support ticket and after 2 days I was told that it was denied. they stated that I needed to send in proof of the purchase with time and date. I sent in the email that I received as soon as I placed the order and the email stating that the order had shipped. I have not heard back yet and that was over 48 hours ago. I am an attorney and have set up mediation and want to file a class action lawsuit against the company. Too many people have let this just go away and lost the gems they were to acquire.
7 weeks of correspondence to have my offer validated to no avail, as if they haven't even looked at the several screenshots of prof I have sent them. I even had to contact Apple to have them confirm I downloaded the specified app on the proper date. They rejected my ticket before I even had a chance to send them proof and continued to keep rejecting it in subsequent emails. Very frustrating and to top it off they tell me to keep all screenshots of proff to provide on needed for future offers.
