I made a reservation, on computer, for SuperShuttle, to pick me up at the hotel I was in. When I made the reservation, I made sure the name of the hotel, and the address of the hotel I was in, was exact! (I wasn't able to print up the reservation I had made, but the time and hotel name/address was on the reservation I made.) By making a reservation on the computer, I had to give my credit card information.
I was at the hotel at 4:15AM, which was on the final copy of the reservation by SuperShuttle. I spoke to an empolyee of the hotel, to be sure I was at the location SuperShuttle picks up customers.
I was standing in front of the hotel from 4:15AM-5:00AM, until I called SuperShuttle. The SuperShuttle employee, I spoke to on the phone, said that I didn't show up (as she named the hotel I made reservations for)!
When I got home, I did more research on my SuperShuttle reservation, and I saw SuperShuttle had my reservation listed under a different hotel (then the hotel I made rservations for {and the SuperShuttle employee also names the hotel I made reservations for}).
SuperShuttle, I found on my credit card, charged me for this "no-show"! (I had to pay SuperShuttle, a second time, for my phone call, when I was actually picked up at this hotel!)
The manager of SuperShuttle wouldn't erase the charge from my credit card, when SuperShuttle was ar the wrong hotel.
From this experience, I say "Bye-Bye Supershuttle!" I hope SuperShuttle is replaced!
