I happily agreed and waited for two days in a motel where I was stranded out of state. At last minute I had to call her and she informed me that was not going to happen. I was devastated seeing how I was stranded out of state and had to take a Greyhound bus home and no car or way to fix it. I am very devistated seeing how I am on disability and cannot afford to fix the car or replace it.
I am on disability and bought a car thru Superior Auto in Decatur,IN. I had the car 2-3 weeks when timeing belt broke with very possible motor damage. I was out of state and called Vikki Cook at Superior Auto she sugested they pay for car repairs and put it on my bill. I happily agreed and got a motel for 2 days waiting to hear from Vikki. I finally had to call her because she neglected to call me. After several calls to her she finally informed me she could not do that. I was devastated and had to take a Greyhound bus back home with no car or way to repair or replace. I am on disability and I feel very ripped off. I only had the car 2-3 weeks.
Hello my name is Angela i am writting this on behalf of my sister! she recently got a vehicle through superior auto in Fort Wayne she was late on a payment one time and the lady at the office tried to come repo her car. Only because there is another girl who works with this lady at superior auto that knows my sister by word of mouth well that lady had my sisters number and was texting her all kinds of things saying how much of a meth head she is and that she needed to bring the vehicle back for voluntary repo even though she was only late on a payment. My sister does not do METH and for someone that doesnt even know someone how could they say things like that! My sister did not make her payment of the insurance til the day of the insurance was due and that lady called her telling her she was coming to get the vehicle because there was no insurance when there was. Its like this lady is trying everything she can to repo my sisters vehicle and well now they do have her vehicle due to the "no insurance" and now they wont even let my sister get anything of hers out of the vehicle.
Its not right to call people names nor hold their things due to no insurance which she does have! That lady whos goes by Jen in the Fort Wayne area at superior auto is a joke and will find reasons to repo your vehicle so she can make money off your repo! this lady Jen needs to get out of the office and they need to hire someone that will do REAL business with people instead of getting treated like crap. Now they are telling my sister before she can get her things the cops have to come search her vehicle and thats not right! Which theres nothing to be afraid of because she has nothing in her vehicle but to go through all this trouble and getting accused of things she cant even get her things! I think its crappy for someone that needs a vehicle to have to go through all this jus to get her things back its not right! What happend to peoples rights in America! I think she should atleast be able to get her things out of her truck because that lady said shes been going through it to find anything and everything to get her in trouble and its only a matter of time that she will discover that theres nothing in her vehicle and end up planting something in there! I dont trust this lady at all and she is very very rude to customers! I went there acting like i needed a vehicle and she was very rude to me VERY! and people deserve respect especially if their trying to buy something!
I purchased a car from superior auto I test drove one vehicle they proceeded to tell me I could not get that one but had a nice trailblazer that they could get me in. When I got it the passenger front door wad coming off I asked and the manager she would have her guy look at it said it was body work and he could not do anything. I then had to replace the battery after a week. Then the check engine light came on and car started to shake. I told them I was not going to put anymore money into it seeing that I had put 1000 down and new battery. They paid to fix the 800 in engine work but redid my loan to include the 800 with interest. Less than a week later the engine blows. They said the refinance again to help I already owe 11000 on a 2003 car so I go to another dealer get a car. The lady calls and lies to them and kills the deal she said she would make sure I cannot get another car. She only knew about it she showed up at my house but never came to door Sat in driveway.
