I REALLY hope consumers access this website BEFORE dealing with this company--I was not alone.
FACTS: I ordered the following health-related items as part of a $12.95 kit on April 14th, 2020:
1 × 50pk Disposable Surgical Face Masks 3M Model 8210 n95 Particulate Respirator Face Masks/ 3M Model 8210 n95 Plus Particulate Respirator Face Masks/ Microfiber Chenille Cleaning Glove / 10 Tablets - Magichem Bleach Tabs/ 3M Respirator Wipes
for $9.95 (yeah, I know, a great deal, but again, too good to be true)
It was "supposedly" shipped April 15, the next day, but of the order, I only received ONE facemask in early May, without the balance of the order. I have repeatedly emailed the company (now 4x, again today 6/16/20, 3 pm) and they have continually refused to reply. This has apparently happened to other customers as well....
Since i emailed them today, I also contacted both THIS website, and BBB New York. And, as of one minute ago (4:20 pm) they went offline. Cannot access their website...and did not reply to today's complaint (be advised, they use "cookies" to determine of you are online or not --delete their cookie in preferences, which I did and back online)
I suppose I should be happy with the one facemask, but an advertisement is an advertisement. and the "principle" of the thing...it is a true bait and switch company, with an attitide of not replying and no customer concerns...only THEY will decide what you will receive.
I ordered couple items from the website on March 22. They provided me with a USPS tracking number but everytime I checked the status of the order, it showed that the items were still in NY which is the business location. I tried to contact the company many times. They dont respond to their emails, they dont come to the chat room although they offer a chat option and if you call, leave a message, they dont call back. I am having the exact same experience that people reported her of not receving their goods or it takes months to receive them or if they receive their goods, they are low quality or not as described. I am not ure if I will ever receive my shipment but waiting for more than 40 days for shipment to arrive from one state to another is not acceptable.
This is why I questionned if the company has even shipped my order.
I filed a complaint with PayPal to get a refund back and I am still wating for the process to be completed.

BEWARE - Charger Failed in Under Six Month - TOUGH LUCK FOR CONSUMER! JUNK!
I was so happy when I purchased a 2.1A charger for my iPad thinking it was a super good deal. IT WAS NOT! The charger failed in less than 6 months. Called SuperNOTgood NOT-a-deal and spoke to Kevin. He said it was only warranted for 60 days and there was nothing he could do. He said any charger could fail at any time. Funny, my genuine APPLE charger that came with my iPad has been working perfectly for over three years (still working, I just wanted a additional charger for another location). My best guess is that these are rejected, second-rate, defective parts that could not pass testing and that's why they are so cheap.
I will never buy a product from this worthless company again. I should have checked the review on the company before I wasted my money. My advice is to stay as far away from this company as you can. Horrible reviews everywhere. I am buying a genuine APPLE charger and it will cost me a lot more because I wasted my money purchasing this defective product. Might I suggest a new company name: SuperBadDeals, or UltraBadDeals, or better yet, UberBadDeals.
I bought a laser pointer from this company, super good deals. Got to the last page with a order number and it saying a follow email will be sent. So I automatically went checked bank and there it was already processing in my account. Waited day never got that follow up email, usually it's for confirming they received your order. So I sent them an email asking about it. Never got a reply, waiting again for that email to confirming order. I checked my bank account again and it had cleared my bank, so they got their money. So I emailed them again, once again I haven't received any emails, no order confirmation or replying to my emails to them about the situation.

They sent me no products but a shipping label and said they sent me a product. Fraud Fraud Fraud. Also products they do ship defective.
