So here's how this exchange went:
Initial email to the company:
I repeated an order I made from 2013 last week. The color temp was
supposed to mimic 6000k (subtle hint of blue), the ones I received
have to be 4000k or lower as they are yellow. This said, it doesn't
match my HID bulbs which is why I bought them. Someone must have sent the wrong bulbs because all I did was reordered my previous order and the bulbs from 2013 were correct. Please make this right.
Company response:
"Hello,
Thank you for the email. Can you send us a picture of these lights
showing the color difference?"
My response:
The difference between what? My HID bulbs and these, or the old bulbs and these?
Company Response:
"I'm sorry for not being clear. The old lights and the new ones please."
My respose:
How would I do that? They burnt out which is why I bought another pair.
Company response:
"Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience. These lights are only sold in one shade of white. The ones you ordered in the past will fluctuate over time. Please note the manufacturer specifications are subject to change without notice which is why we do not recommend buying lights to match ones purchased years ago. We also do not guarantee our lights will match other stock lights."
My response:
"Oh, that’s nice. So the lights I was told to order a few years ago can change over time. Why don’t you show me where it says this in the description?

Nor did I see it at checkout. And what kind of customer service is this? We’re talking about 5 dollar lights here. You’re willing to lose a long time customer over this? I actually have advertisements which pop up on my websites from time to time which advertise your business. Additionally, I’ve recommended your company to countless people.
I’ve contacted you a few days after I received the lights and this is how you handle it?
