I agree with every complaint that is listed under these bad reviews. They charged my card. Gave what now appears to be a fake tracking number from the US Post Office. No reply from e-mails regarding order. When attempting to contact via phone got reply that no mailbox was set up for phone number. And, lastly, never received product.
My daughter seen the light up selfie phone cover. I bought it and never received anything..no email...no product. They took the money and the phone rings and says the vm is not set up. SO UN HAPPY. NOthing we can do????
This is a rip off and a scam! We bought something online, never got a proper tracking number-one number is L.A. one is from Mass. and it shows it is housed in Canada!!!!
I paid $50 bucks for a phone cover I have not received nor am I able to reach them by phone or email address, tried to tweet them as well to no avail, very angry that a company like this is able to dupe people out of Their hard working money and not be held responsible for it. I've sent several emails, phone just rings until it gets to voicemail which is not even set up!! I have a so called tracking number that gets me absolutely nothing at all. I purchased two cell phone covers and never received my orders. It has been 5 weeks since I placed my order. I received a notification that it was shipped but when I make an attempt to track the package it shows that a shipment order was generated, but never actually fulfilled. I have sent emails and called repeatedly and there is never a response. I spent over $50 and never received product! They are thieves. 100% THIEVES!!!

Recently purchased a pair of boots as a Christmas gift for my niece and after never receiving any return emails for our tracking number or shipping information, I realized I was scammed. They are listed on Facebook as Acacia Lily. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I have ordered 113.00 worth of clothes and cases for her to wonder why I haven't received anything over 3 weeks ago. The number is fraud, the company is fraud, everything is fraud!!! I never ordered anything from this company and they charged my debit card for $60. When I contacted my bank they gave me a number to call.....big surprise it was a voicemail....I left a message but not expecting to get a call back! Now I have to get a new debit card right before Christmas. Thanks alot assholes.

Boots were apparently back ordered - arrived a month later - Two left boots.. i have tried emailing customer service and texting the phone number 310-562-5663 - i have not received a response . I have filed a rip off report. Will be contact facebook about allowing them to advertise there. I will make sure this company does not do business in the US again. Total Fraud. They say they are located in CA yet everything ships from MA. - Sues Sunlit Daisy to ship or not ship their inferior product.
