My loan is due on the 14th of each month and Sunland starts calling on the 15 requesting payment. A late charge can't be charged until the 25th and I have never paid a late fee.This is very annoying! I have a loan with the Sun Loan Company in Miami, Oklahoma.
I refinanced my loan in August 2016 and was told that I would not be able to refinance until November 2016, as there policy is that you can only refinance after making 3 consecutive payments.
In November and December 2016 as well as January 2017 I was also told that I could not refinance as there company policy only allows a customer to refinance 4 times a year maximum. However, I still receive letters, (cash voucher) that tells me that I have money available yet the workers at the Miami, Oklahoma branch are very rude and tell me that I still can't refinance.
I have called the home office in Texas and requested that the mail concerning refinancing my loan be stopped, yet I still receive them. The people in the office in Miami, Oklahoma are very rude. I would personally advise anyone in my area to look to other sources for money help and to avoid this office at all costs
