If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Payment & cost were not explained fully when oxygen machine was delivered to my house, so I did not accept it. Had to call office the next day to get everything straightened out, then would have had to wait 2 weeks for delivery. Husband went down to pick up and they didn't give him the regulator for the oxygen tank. I live over 50 miles away, so called company. They said they would ship it asap. Didn't receive it 2 weeks later, so called again - Again, they said they would ship it right away. 2 weeks after that, still no regulator, called again. Finally received it 1 month after we picked up the oxygen tank. When I needed a CPAP machine, used a different company and returned my O2 set up to Summit. They charged me a full month for 2 days because I picked it up on the 3rd of the month and returned it on the 5th. Ridiculous! I would never recommend this company to anyone and sorry I was ever referred to them!!!!!!!!!!
