Typically, as they all do, Christian started out great. Then it went downhill over the past year. Shortly after hiring him, he went on Christmas vacation for 11 days yet I paid him for the full month. Then he billed me for a service I didn't receive. Luckily, I caught it. Then last summer came the H20 filled timer problem. He just couldn't get it right, so I found myself having to fill the pool from the hose when he set it too low, or there would be a flood going down the street when he set it too high.
Thanksgiving was another 11 day vacation yet I paid him for the full month. He returned one time after that. My spa (temperature) controller went out. Christian was going to charge me $320 just for the replacement unit alone. I researched it and found one for $134. The last time I spoke with Christian he said he would be here the following morning @ 10:00 AM to install it (just a matter of plugging it in, like a phone jack.) HE NEVER SHOWED. NEVER CALLED. NEVER ANSWERED HIS PHONE. NEVER RESPONDED TO MY PHONE MESSAGES. NEVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS. NEVER RESPONDED TO MY TEXT.
In fact, I discovered that the day he was supposed to be here, he was instead at the bank cashing my check!!! He never showed up the following wk. for the weekly service. He just DISAPPEARED with NO NOTICE leaving me with an ice-cold spa for my vacation rental guests over the Christmas holiday showing a TOTAL LACK OF concern, regard, professionalism, or responsibility! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND DEPLORABLE.
