Suez told us we had to change our meter...Made a fake photo not showing the actual meter but a piece of paper with a fake meter reading which they are trying to make us pay.
Sued them in small claims court but the court says we need to go to the agency that supports the water industry and not the consuner which is The Board of Public Utilities...
We changed the meter because Suez thretened to shut off our water. And now we arecharged 700.00 for estimated use...Which they said was actual use...
Going to a hearing at the Board of Public Utilities but also looking for a lawyer to fight our case in the courts...
We have all our historical documentation to back up our claims and all they have is a picture of a piece of paper with a hand written meter reading...
