Purchased item on 12/28/15 online with credit card which was charged same day, as of 1/13/16 have not received item or response to my numerous e-mails this company sucks and wish i checked with bbb first and saw all the complaints against them, i would have never ordered from them they are a complete ripp off.
I Found This Place On Facebook And Linked To There Website. The Website Looked Good. Our Daughters Birthday Sweet 16 Was Coming Up And She Found A Couple Hoodies She Wanted. So We Ordered Them A Month Ahaed Of Time. They Are Comong From ill.We Are In Wi. Cant Take That Long To Ship. Wrong!!! I Got A Confirmation Email With A Order Number And There It Says Ships Within 10 Business Days. LOL Not... Here Its Been With Ordering And The 10 Days It Should Of Been Here Abot 7Days Ago. So I Try To Find A Phone Number NOTHING. I Also Sent Emails And Under There Contact Us Section Sent Many Of Those And Once Again Nothing.... So Now No Response And No Phone Number I See On The BBB They Have A ..... F...... Great Yes I Should Of Checked First. But Now Have To Call My Bank In The A.M & See What Can Be Done. Please Please Read Up On A Company Before Placing A Order. There Are Alot Of Complains On Not Getting The Orders On This "Company".. So Ontop Of All This Now Our Daughter Will Not Be Getting The Two Hoodies She Fell In Love With. Im Disabled And Live Off One Check A Month And Now I Really Feel Horriable She Wont Have The Hoodies. Please Be Aware
